I was unimpressed with all of them. They only cared about getting a car sold, and in a smarmy way. They wouldn't negotiate, and they were fake. They didn't show they cared about anything other then getting the sale. I accidentally happened upon Main Auto Source, and had a completely different experience. They weren't pushy at all, they worked with me to get a price that I could afford. They actually spent hours sitting with me, crunching numbers to get to the price I could afford. They were extension friendly, super patient, and actually showed that I was more then just a sale to them. The way they went about selling to me was amazing! I'm so happy I found them! I love the car I bought, but by buying the car I feel like I invested in a company that would be there for me after the car was sold. They really care that you're happy with your purchase and if there's any issues that comes up they're there to help. Their approach to selling is second to none, and I'd highly recommend checking them out because you not only get a car, you get a company that cares. If I could give 50 stars I would! Check them out!!

2006 Jeep Issues Bought from Main Auto Source Timeline…read more -Test drove Jeep on June 25th, 2019 -Bought Jeep on Tuesday June 25th, 2019 -Was told jeep was ready for pickup on Thursday June 28th. Picked up jeep on June 29th. -On way home from Main Auto Source check engine light went off about 15 minutes into the drive home. I called Danny and he said to bring it back. He scanned the jeep and said it was the CO, he will order the part and get it fixed. -Started driving home again about 10 minutes in and the Air Bag light came on. I called Danny and asked him what he would like me to do. He said bring the jeep back and he will look at it. As I pulled into the parking lot the Airbag light went off. I called Danny and he said to keep driving it and he will get the part ordered. From there I continued to drive home. After hitting Depere the airbag light was still on and the check engine light came on again. I called Danny and we meet in De pere so he could scan the Jeep. He scanned the jeep and cleared the faults. He again said he will get the sensor coming - Friday June 28th air bag sensor still goes on and check engine light came back on after 5 minutes of driving to Manitowoc. Danny said okay we'll take care of it. -During purchase of jeep we agreed Danny would install a hitch and electrical to the trailer. I went to use the trailer light and the running lights didn't work, as well as the driver's side tail light. Hooked up to buddies truck and worked fine. (Pics on cell phone) -Danny was informed and was told he has no clue why it wasn't working and to bring it in so they can check it right away. -On Monday, July 1st I bought the jeep back to Main Auto Source with no working tail light on the drivers side, airbag light on and check engine light on. When I arrived I asked if Danny even tested the electrical before they gave it to me and Danny said no. They looked at it for about 30 minutes, looked at the parts they needed to order but couldn't resolve any of the issues. -On Thursday, July 11th I brought in my jeep to have the lights, airbag and check engine light fixed. -On Friday, July 12 I was told my jeep was fixed and I can pick up whenever I want. I came that day to pick it up. About 15 minutes into the ride home the airbag light came on again. Danny said, "I knew this would happen I had them drive it twice! I asked what the plan was now and he said he would get the sensor coming. (He said he would get the sensor coming way back on June 29th, 2019. -July 13th, 2019 Drove the jeep home from Main Street Auto and then to my parents which are about a mile away, then on the way back from parents the check engine light came on again. I asked for my money back and was told sorry we don't do refunds. He said they replaced what it said but didn't clear code because there was no engine light when it was gone. He said he will re scan jeep and address the issues. -July 20th, 2019 took to my Auto Repairs Specialist he tried changing the oxygen sensors as a cheap first and place to start and didn't resolve the issue. -August 12th, 2019 my Auto Repairs Specialist told me the convector they put in is a cheap aftermarket one. He took me on a test drive and showed me how the convector on that side is still not working and a new one will need to be installed. Overall, they sold me a lemon and this project is going to cost me an estimated 1,200 to 1,500 dollars to fix. I highly do not recommend buying anything from them and wish I would of got a different vehicle from someone else. Still never got a text about the air bag sensor coming in to get fixed after all this time. Hopefully this helps saves someone else a headache down the road as I wouldn't of document all of this if I had good customer service and sold me a quality vehicle.

My girlfriend recently bought a used Honda from this company. M-R Sales told us the car was…read moreperfectly fine, and also refuses to run CarFax on their vehicles. My family had to do a car fax on it ourselves- where we figured out they had failed to tell us that the car had been in an accident where it was deemed a total loss. We asked the mechanic to do another check on the car after taking it for a test drive and hearing a slightly grinding noise. They took three days to get back to us- which was an inconvenience because we lived in Madison at the time- so my girlfriend had to make an extra trip up to Green Bay to pick up what she thought was a perfectly functioning car. Not only did they switch out her brand new Michelin tires for an off brand during this "check", they blatantly lied about doing a thorough inspection of the vehicle before she went to pick up the car. After being told the car was absolutely fine, my girlfriend drove it back to Madison. Only a couple days later, I realized a part of the car (the front end where the 'repairs' had been done) was falling off and almost dragging on the road. While driving on the highway in Green Bay, the wheel well cover came completely off. I took it into Honda in Milwaukee to be repaired. Upon inspection there, the mechanics realized that the car was MISSING PARTS from the repair. It costed me $400 to replace both wheel wells and to get the missing parts. We called M-R sales and asked about the lapse in the auto repair. The man working was extremely short and hung up on me. This was inappropriate and unprofessional. Our family has bought several cars from this place and now we will never go back. We will be telling others not to buy cars from here as well.

Review from 09/08/2021 Visit…read more Bought my 2018 Ford Taurus SHO from Broderik & David, and was very impressed with the service from start to finish. I had financing all arranged before I reached out to them via the website. I came in and test drove it, which is where these pictures are from. I had a few issues with paint chips, uneven looking brake wear, and alignment. They shipped it off to their service center immediately, and ordered a paint pen for the chips. We did a trade in, which was convenient, as the appraisal was done by pictures, so I had the numbers before I ever left my driveway. I don't plan on looking for another car anytime soon, I love mine too much. But, if something does happen where I need another car, I'm definitely coming back here!

*Super Shady Manager Matt Kehler* My story is honestly…read moreunbelievable, so sit tight and hold on for the ride because this is RIDICULOUS! On 9/9/20 I purchased a car online through their website. I went and picked up the car and when I got home, I realized I had a missed call, voicemail, and text from the manager Matt saying they forget to take my downpayment.. huge red flag. Next a couple weeks after i purchased the car I received text messages from 2 of my references from my previous auto loan stating they called and were looking for me for being behind on my car payment. After lots of back and forth between the two companies we come to find out that express.cars never called and verified where to send the check and just sent it wherever they pleased, which ultimately resulted in me getting a late payment hit on my credit. I had the car for over 2 years with zero late payments and their lack of due diligence cost me a negative 65point hit to my credit report. Next, I got pulled over for speeding and learned that my car was not registered. The car was put in the impound and when I went to retrieve it the next morning learned that the only person who could get the car out was the previous owner who the car was still registered to. I was supposed to be on my way to Chicago to catch a flight and in a complete panic because my car was stuck!! I went straight to express.cars and explained to them that my car was still registered to the previous owner and they offered to drive me to Chicago so I wouldnt miss my flight. I mentioned that I was very worried about leaving my car because I was going to be gone for another 4 days and the impound charges an extra $40 a day on top of the towing fees. Matt AND their finance manager reassured me over and over that they would be taking care of all the fees I incurred because of the registration issue. They also offered to pay for a car rental for me to get back from Chicago because my flight wasnt getting in until almost midnight. When I landed and went to go get the rental I learned because my license is from wisconsin I had to pay with a credit card which I didnt have(it was stuck in my car). Only one rental agency allowed debit cards and the rental was going to be $600 just for a chicago to green bay trip. I decided to get a hotel room next to the airport and wait to speak with Matt about it in the morning because $600 seemed outrageous. This is where things went BAD! I tried getting ahold of him and he was being real sketchy not returning my texts or calls all morning. HE WAS PLANNING ON LEAVING ME STRANDED IN CHICAGO!!!! He finally texts me back and proceeds to ask me was i driving under the influence, which this was the first time he mentioned anything about that. I asked him to call me and we talked about it and ultimately agreed on me taking an Uber back instead because it was only around $200. So I finally get back and still have no registration and my car is still stuck in the impound. I went and pleaded my case with the manager at the tow lot and she finally agreed to release my car with paperwork from the dealership. Matt sent it over, i paid for my car to get out, and then asked Matt where should i send the receipts for him to reimburse me. He gave me his email address, I sent him the receipts, and I've never heard from him again. I even emailed him again asking when i would receive the reimbursement money and he decided to continue to ignore me, instead of being a professional. They never sent me a single cent of the reimbursement they promised me up and down so im out $700 instead of just cancelling my trip for free. Matt... How can you be so UNPROFESSIONAL to sit and promise me over and over again that you will financially take care of the issue and then just completely IGNORE ME?! Absolutely disgusting and speaks volumes about his character and lack of morals. Obviously they will just tell you anything and thats the last type of person id want to buy a car from. And guess where my car is right now? In the shop getting fixed because my 2017 Cadillac ATS they sold me is having major TRANSMISSION issues!!! RUN RUN RUN as fast as you can away from this place!! After everything they put mw through I now have to spend more time and money suing him but clearly as you can see I have plenty of evidence. Way too many other car lots in the area to have to deal with a dishonest crook!!
