I questioned the irony of a tow truck company not towing cars. I was then told that the cars could have been folks having dinner and that I would need to wait until 11p and if the cars were still there someone would come out and tow. I again questioned as well as commented that it didn't matter what people were doing, we are a private property with posted signs and need someone to tow. The conversation ended with I could call back at 11p or not. I did call back at 11p. The staff that answered was different and more accommodating. They did not have a clue about the previous attempt to get the vehicles towed and sent someone right away. 1-5 ended up getting towed that night. Glenn's was attempting to avoid 1-star reviews as I was informed just to get a 1-star review from me.

She claims she has no way to document when a vehicle arrives on her lot, and as such she charges overnight storage per calendar day. So if a car is towed and arrives on the lot when they're closed, and you pick it up at 8am the very next day when they open, they still charge you 2 FULL days of storage for less than 24 hours on the lot. The lack of professionalism and basic customer service is mind-blowing. In looking at the amount of 1 star reviews for this company, I don't know how they stay in business!
