It was still able to be driven (nothing mechanically was wrong) yet was towed without any notification to the insurance holder* myself and was only 15 minutes away from the incident. When I spoke to the customer service dept, I was told that is just how it is. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

I called the towing service closest to my home. It was Crosby. They were on the spot within a very short time. My car was in my garage - dead. I have a difficult driveway and my garage sets to the side of that driveway. Dale, my driver, was so smart about using mathematical angles to make sure my car was pulled out of the garage and driveway safely. He then allowed me to ride in the cab to the repair shop. He was kind, courteous, and well mannered. I felt very safe with him as a person and with his careful driving methods. The price was very reasonable and the service was excellent.
