Called back after a while to get an ETA and was told " I don't want to come out there." I was literally 10 minutes away from shop. This was at 5:00 on Sunday night and I had a 4 hour drive ahead of me. I suspect one of two things happened here. 1. The guy on call was lazy. 2. The guy on call didn't want to miss the Packer game. I called another tow truck company (Breitenbach and Sons). They were out in a hurry, winched me out in 10 minutes and had me on my way for $100.00.
