Called tow truck to tow to dealership in case something else was wrong. It was the hose. Called Valvoline and they gave a case number. Called again and the woman in charge said she would call us back. She never did. Three weeks later called Valvoline and they said their camera's did not show that. It cost us $353.00 to have it towed for them to say they are not responsible. I have taken all of my vehicles there for years. Won't happen again.

I asked to end the call with customer service due to how he was acting and it wasn't until he asked the person in customer service to hang up that it ended after he said they weren't gonna pay for anything, denying any claim. 7/19/23 My coolant hose was intact and my vehicle was NOT leaking oil before valvoline. Doesn't matter if there was a service bulletin years ago that I never got. The hose was fine yet. Had I known it would have been replaced and I know the vehicle has been to Toyota since the bulletins came out. Very disappointing. They (valvoline) are a corporation and so far have only looked for a way out, a way to blame, and accept any responsibility for the problems I have had since pulling out of the valvoline location. Word to the wise, trust your car to a shop with good experienced mechanics you trust for ANY service over convenience. A shop has mechanics that have been working on cars for years. Quick is not always good and now I have hundreds of dollars in damages to my vehicle, and my driveway, plus no vehicle for a week, and may have to look for a vehicle soon if the vehicle heads south now. Still don't have my vehicle and won't have it til tomorrow, with who knows what damage to it. Definately should Not have trusted them with my vehicle. 7/19/23 They shouldn't get one star even.
