Even after telling them I dropped my keys off, the employee rudely implied that I was stupid and must have forgotten before they finally realized that one of their employees took my key home with him. I had to wait around the store (2 hours) for them to get in contact with the employee, get my key back, get an oil change AND I didn't even get a discount on my oil change. It was a terrible experience, and when I brought up how I understand mistakes are made, but I don't like being talked to like that, it was an offhand sorry and nothing to make up for it. Poor customer service. Rude employees. Complete lack of critical thinking skills needed to solve problems.

At ray's they gave me two options when many shops would have given me only one . They gave me an option of new or used with a $2,000 dollar difference in price so I went with used and I couldn't be happier the transmission runs flawlessly also van zeelands had told me I needed new rotars I mentioned it to the mechanic at ray's and they said they would replace them if needed for the cost of parts not labor. They informed me that there was nothing wrong with my rotors they just had a small amount of rust nothing to worry about again other shops like van zeelands would have charged me for work that wasn't needed while ray's did not. A huge bonus is a full 12 month warranty on the Repair, that's insane never have I gotten a warranty like that ! They said if I had any concerns about anything to bring it in and they would check it out. Van zeelands also told me I needed like $2,500 in strut and tune up Repair I plan on having ray's check that out for me as well I won't be returning to van zeelands for anything. The mechanics at ray's are the upper echelon of mechanic professionals and have a myriad of certifications and would recommend them to anyone in need of high quality Repair work. Thank you to everyone at ray's transmission I'll definitely be doing more business with you in the future!!

Not only did he repair my sway bar issue, he reminded me that I would be due for new tires in the future. ( I had been advised at my previous oil change so I go he was not trying to scam me to improve his bottom line). He completed all labor, new tires and alignment same day.
