Even after telling them I dropped my keys off, the employee rudely implied that I was stupid and must have forgotten before they finally realized that one of their employees took my key home with him. I had to wait around the store (2 hours) for them to get in contact with the employee, get my key back, get an oil change AND I didn't even get a discount on my oil change. It was a terrible experience, and when I brought up how I understand mistakes are made, but I don't like being talked to like that, it was an offhand sorry and nothing to make up for it. Poor customer service. Rude employees. Complete lack of critical thinking skills needed to solve problems.

I told them And they looked at it and RESET The check engine light and told me to come back if it turns on again. So i left with my car and brought it back the next hour because the check engine light turned on again and they reset again and told me to come back the next day if its still there. So i brought my car back to them the next day, NOW they told me i need to replace catalytic sensors too and i would have to leave my car there because they had busy schedule.. understandable BUT IN NIGHT TIME WHEN I GOT DONE WITH WORK AND I WAS DRIVING PAST AUTO SELECT IN NEENAH I DIDNT SEE MY CAR THERE IN THE PARKING ALOT OR IN THE GARAGE and i could sleep all night knowing someone is out there driving my car pushing on it or misusing it because its NOT THEIR PROPERTY when i confront them the next day about my car not being there lastnight "they kept refusing said they parked it in the church parking alot because their parking lot was full, but wholetime the parking lot wasnt even fully full there was still 3 to 4 car parking spots were empty in the parking alot.. and i even paid for the sensors and have them put it on my car.. so my girlfriend can finally drive my car but the check engine lights was still on.. so i left and brought my car to the bergstrom and They kept my car there for week and test every single part on my car and they said the check engine light is keep turning on because of the bad catalytic convertor PART that auto select put in. They let me drop it off at the last minute on a Friday and had it fixed by Tuesday, which I thought was acceptable, but I have not frame of reference on what the standard turn around time on that kind of work is. They made some recommendations for further maintenance, but didn't pressure me to pursue it immediately like some other mechanics have. The second time was for a nail in my tire (again at the last minute Tues evening) and I called in to see if they could help me early the following day (i had a 3 hour drive to Chicago for an important appointment) and they got me in right away when they opened and it only took a half hour. They have a continual flat tire fix price of 99 cents so I was very thrilled that the tire didn't need to be replaced so I could take advantage of that. They again made some recommendations for further brake repair and showed me an example of what they meant so I understood the severity of the issue. Again, there was no pressure to pursue the extra work and I will be back after my tax return comes for new brakes. Usually I will shop around for the cheapest price, but I have been so satisfied here that I will gladly call upon them again. As a side note, I noticed after seeing their business cards that it was the manager who answered my call both times and I think that it's nice when the management is doing "grunt work" like everybody else. It shows that they care about what's going on daily and that they don't just push the paper work and appointment making to a secretary or minor level employee. His hands were also dirty when I spoke to him in person, meaning that he is also working right alongside the other mechanics in addition to being in the office area helping customers. Not a lot of businesses have that kind of dedication in their management and I greatly appreciate that kind of ethic.

Not only did he repair my sway bar issue, he reminded me that I would be due for new tires in the future. ( I had been advised at my previous oil change so I go he was not trying to scam me to improve his bottom line). He completed all labor, new tires and alignment same day. I also get free tire rotation for the life of my vehicle. I will be taking all of my servicing to Bill going forward.
