After another 3000 miles I changed my oil, the filter I changed, looked as nasty, hard, and twisted (cartridge filter) as the one that I thought Simon's didn't change. I gave a publicly bad review on this platform accusing them of not changing the filter. So I want to give a public apology to Simon's auto and their employees, stating that I was wrong in my assessment of their service department and the job they did for me. Love this place!…read more Being a woman and new in town, I'm always leery of bringing my car to a new mechanic. However, a friend recommended this place and I needed service ASAP, as my timing belt had slipped off. Talked to them over the phone and they took the time to get details and explain a few thing that could be causing the issue. Brought the car in and left for work. They left a few messages updating on the status of the work (they had to order parts since it was a bit of an unusual problem, so it took a little longer, but not a problem). Picked up the car the next day, where they again took time to explain the issue and share their findings on the overall health of the vehicle. Pricing was very fair and actually a little less than anticipated. Also dealt with these folks when I needed a new battery. What impressed me the most is when I called on the phone. Spoke with Trevor who was very patient and helped me troubleshoot a few things to determine the root cause. Very excited to have these guys nearby as they seems very dedicated to good service and fair pricing. I highly recommend them to anyone!
