Asked if they were refilling and they said "we only put soup on the bar". I showed them the Mac & Cheese sign on the bar then they said they would not refill it due to waste. Was shown some tiny dried out pre packed cups of Mac & Cheese on the warming tables. Just left to find food elsewhere. Sad because KT use to be very customer service oriented.

Lots of fresh meat in the cooler that looked good and fresh food in general. Fresh take and bake pizza with general frozen foods and goods. This is really a one stop shop where you can get gas/groceries and goodies for the kids. The drink machine says 99 cent for big drinks which must draw in lots of people. Kwik Trip is my favorite fuel stop and I would have got some of the bacon wrapped pork filets for 99 cents if I didn't see the sign on the door on my way out.

She was so right! The store is large, clean and very well organized. As a So Cal girl, I was in awe of the snack selections...Little Debbie's, popcorn and pickle flavored chips!!! I didn't have time to go and buy another suitcase for everything I wanted to take home with me. Luckily I brought my cowboy boots that I lined with plastic and filled them both with cheese to take home.

My daughter bought me a $35 Amazon gift card from Woodman's for Mother's Day. Unfortunately, the card was accidentally thrown away because it was still inside the envelope. The very next day, when I went to add the gift card to my Amazon account, we realized the envelope was gone. My daughter contacted Woodman's and was told to contact Amazon. Amazon said they could not help without the gift card serial number, which was not printed on the receipt, and told us to go back to Woodman's. I then called Woodman's with the original receipt and asked if they could help locate the serial number or provide any assistance. They refused to help, even after the issue was escalated to the corporate level. Update: After writing the review, someone from Woodman's did help us out. We appreciate the help. If the people at the store and corporate were as nice, I would have given an excellent experience. I enjoy the variety that Woodman's carries. Thank you customer service for caring about me and my family.

Living near by I've walked and filled up gas at this one one 3 times. Mostly only due to convenience and never had a good experience! The gas pumps are absurdly slow! I've said something about it and the cashier totally denied such thing and implied I was doing something wrong like not holding the handle all the way down. All the people working there are just rude rude and rude! I came in to buy some snacks and use the rest room. As soon as I walk in I notice a lady mopping. There is no hello but a stern voice telling me where specifically to walk. Then unbeknownst to me I managed to step on part of her previously mopped floor before I realized and she tossed her arms down, sighed dramatically, and rolled her eyes. Rude!!! If you ever question a price on anything when it clearly says one amount but rings up another before tax they will do nothing about it. Will say they don't know and continue on. One particular lady also won't let you hand her anything. You must put it down on the counter then she'll pick up the coins and count them one by one. Honestly, the only good thing about this station is the well kept bathroom. Can't wait for everyone else in the area to figure out how awful this place is and it be closed down! An empty building could privsvly be better.
