Only to find it extremely dirty, sticky; creamer station, had coffee, and cream on the drip rack, in which, you place your coffee cup. All flavored syrups was just about empty and sticky. All coffee beans were low inside coffee machine. I did want coffee. After coffee cup was filled. The coffee was cold and old. I ask Kirsten, I believe that was her name. I explained to her my frustration. She told me to take paper napkin, and lift up sticky syrup, in which, sticks to the container. She pulled in her colleague, talking about me. She immediately did begin to clean area, but she was extremely rude, appeared angry, as though I was putting upon her. It was bazaar behavior, because, she was once nice. I did walk out. I drove to 20th Ave, in Oshkosh as well. Robin was awesome, and forthcoming. The evening crew at Jackson Street in Oshkosh are very forthcoming and friendly.

I stopped in on the way to a party to get a "small" bag of ice. There was no ice in the ice machine out in front so I went into the store and told them what I needed. What I expected was for an employee just to point me in the right direction or to send me to another location, or to just mumble "we're out". What I got was Noah, the manager, putting on his bright green safety vest and personally escorting me around the place to try to find a small bag of ice (crazy given I only paid $2.99 or so for this purchase so this was not going to make any difference in his sales for the day) When he realized the ice company was there and refilling all the freezers, to get me on my way, not only did he give me a large bag of ice for the price of the small, but then personally walked it all the way out my car which was parked at the far edge of the property (this place was BUSY!) Great customer service! While I don't live in WI, I can only wish that the gas stations down in FL were staffed by people like Noah who take the time to care over such a small purchase. My WI friends are right to rave about this place! Thanks, Kwik Trip!
