I like Kwik trips and I go there every day. But yesterday I went there to get a car wash and found…read morethe car wash was completely full of large chunks of mud the size of basketballs. And then backed up and went inside and got a refund for my car wash and told the manager the whole mud situation. I returned 12 hours later figuring that the situation would've been rectified only to find out there were still a lot of mud on the floor of the wash and the mud had been getting squished by other vehicles. I would have gone to the second stall but that one was closed with a barricade and unusable. I usually find Kwik trip to be a well run business but in this case I was disappointed.

I stopped in on the way to a party to get a "small" bag of ice. There was no ice in the ice machine out in front so I went into the store and told them what I needed. What I expected was for an employee just to point me in the right direction or to send me to another location, or to just mumble "we're out". What I got was Noah, the manager, putting on his bright green safety vest and personally escorting me around the place to try to find a small bag of ice (crazy given I only paid $2.99 or so for this purchase so this was not going to make any difference in his sales for the day) When he realized the ice company was there and refilling all the freezers, to get me on my way, not only did he give me a large bag of ice for the price of the small, but then personally walked it all the way out my car which was parked at the far edge of the property (this place was BUSY!) Great customer service! While I don't live in WI, I can only wish that the gas stations down in FL were staffed by people like Noah who take the time to care over such a small purchase. My WI friends are right to rave about this place! Thanks, Kwik Trip!
