The staff is friendly and the place is clean. The car wash is actually touch-less [minus an optional "wheel scrubber" in one of the wash packages] which is a huge plus for me! I will usually start my laundry, run through the car wash and buff up in the parking lot which has plenty of room. By the time I'm finished with a quick detail it's time to take the laundry and head home. 10/10 Recommend this laundromat even if you live on the other side of Appleton.

After another 3000 miles I changed my oil, the filter I changed, looked as nasty, hard, and twisted (cartridge filter) as the one that I thought Simon's didn't change. I gave a publicly bad review on this platform accusing them of not changing the filter. So I want to give a public apology to Simon's auto and their employees, stating that I was wrong in my assessment of their service department and the job they did for me. Absolutely Outstanding Service at Dante Auto! - My Fuel Issue Fixed Fast and Fair!…read more From the moment I limped my sputtering vehicle into Dante Auto in Oshkosh, I knew I was in good hands. I was experiencing a frustrating fuel issue that was making my daily commute a nightmare, and honestly, I was bracing myself for a lengthy repair and a hefty bill. Instead, I received nothing short of five-star service that truly exceeded all my expectations. The staff at Dante Auto were immediately welcoming and attentive. They listened carefully as I described the symptoms my car was exhibiting, and they got it into the shop incredibly quickly. I was kept informed throughout the diagnostic process, and within a reasonable timeframe, they had pinpointed the problem. What truly impressed me was the mechanic who took the time to explain everything to me in clear, easy-to-understand language. He didn't just tell me what was wrong; he showed me and explained the potential causes and the necessary steps for the repair. This level of transparency was incredibly reassuring and made me feel confident in their expertise. He even broke down the cost of the parts and labor beforehand, so there were absolutely no surprises when it came time to pay. Speaking of the bill, I was absolutely thrilled with the final price. Considering the speed and efficiency of the repair, and the thoroughness of the service, the cost was exceptionally fair - truly a breath of fresh air compared to some of the horror stories I've heard about auto repairs. To have my fuel issue resolved completely and correctly, all in the same day, for such a reasonable price is simply fantastic. It's not just about the quick fix and the fair price, though. The genuine care and professionalism displayed by everyone at Dante Auto were remarkable. They treated me with respect, answered all my questions patiently, and made what could have been a stressful experience surprisingly pleasant. If you're in the Oshkosh area and experiencing any car trouble, I wholeheartedly recommend Dante Auto. They are honest, reliable, and provide top-notch service with a personal touch. They've definitely earned my trust and will be my go-to auto repair shop from now on. Thank you to the entire team at Dante Auto for getting me back on the road quickly and affordably! You've truly earned this five-star review and my sincere gratitude.
