I just sent a friend money thru Western Union in which I had 2 options only ...one was 'cash' to…read morereceipt which cost me 21.99 the other was to their bank or a check which was 9.99 to their bank and .99 for a check that would take 2 to 4 and he needed the money today so I opted on the CASH option and paid for it dearly at 21.99 ... my friend goes in to get his CASH I paid for and the employee handed him a CHECK and the employee wanted my friend to pay 10 bucks or 3% of check amount to cash it !! THIS IS FRAUD !! These places are already taken care of by Western Union they can NOT charge and change the way I CHOSE to send this money ...my friend went back in and the employee called his Dad on the phone and spoke in Arabic and still would NOT give my friend his CASH !! I will be contacting Western Union and the head office of BP on this store ...BBB will also be notified of this ...

I got a BP rewards card and stopped in this location to use it for the first time. The pump kept…read moregiving me an error so I figured I'd go inside and pay where they could explain what I was doing wrong. When I went inside I was greeted by an Arab employee who I later began to understand that a basic English greeting was the extent of his English skills. We grabbed a few soft drinks for the road and the employee rang us up. We explained that we had also bought fuel. He seemed a little frustrated by this and then brought up a new total. I showed him I had a rewards card and was having trouble with with it. He just kept pointing to the card reader. After a few seconds the employee had put up with me enough and yelled at another employee in Arabic who spoke a little more English but still couldn't explain the card. At this point we paid, grabbed our stuff and left. If it would have been possible to return the fuel and go across the street to Kwik Trip I would have done so. I'll not be returning to this BP station again and if there's a Shell station close, they'll be first choice over BP.

Aside from that, the staff here is always friendly and upbeat! I had a question about how/where to check the balance on my fuel rewards card and the woman printed off a receipt and explained where to look, how much I have saved, etc. If I happen to be over there, I go there!
