Proper silverware, plates, mugs and glasses are so appreciated and hard to find these days. Makes a nice touch. The shop has lots of lovely things in it. Organic produce, cute clothing, even clean perfume (we bought both a men's and women's perfume sampler to try as these can be hard to come by in stores so we were really impressed that they had some here). Simple decor and a nice outdoor seating area. It was very busy on my arrival and parking was non-existent. I parked in the business lot next door, as there is no street parking allowed. The staff were nice and were helpful throughout our visit. The menu is simple, as they only offer a small variety of their donuts and some basic coffee (hot/cold). My partner and I ordered two donuts and two drinks to go (seating was at a premium). We received our donuts, but had to remind a staffer about our coffees. The donuts. My partner, who had visited the establishment before, agreed they were basically cinnamon and sugar donuts. That is not what we ordered; however, the pistachio/cardamon and cherry almond poppy didn't deliver the advertised flavor. The donuts were warm and the consistency was enjoyable, they simply weren't what I expected. The coffee. Somewhat bitter. Both the hot and cold. Broken lid on the top of the hot coffee. The price. Pricey. I get the novelty but the price of the donuts seems a bit high. Overall, not the worst; but kind of a disappointment for all the hype I've seen.
