Instead of slicing into triangles with each slice cut from outer edge to the center, they cut it into little squares which means the entire center of the pizza is without edge crust. (In NY, we simply fold the large slices in half and the super thin crust has a slight crisp on the bottom, bends not cracks when you fold it, and the outer thick edge of every slice is a lovely, chewy "grip". Salad was fine. Nothing special, packaged dressing. If I really want pizza next time visiting Sheboygan, I might go again, but I'd order a smaller pizza (or two if we needed that much pizza rather than the very big pie, to assure each slice has a crust around the edge.
