I stop here…read morefairly often as it's close to my work, and I'll get a coffee or tea, or for when I'm feeling crappy during work, cough drops and ibuprofen. It's also connected to a McDonalds so that's convenient. Like Kwik Trips, the employees are dressed in the same uniform which adds to their professionalism and feels less creepy. That staff are pretty friendly for such short interactions.

Employee was blunt and rude and the manager was equally rude to the employee when she asked him how to fix the car wash. Just unbelievably terrible service. Would have been nice to be compensated for the fuel used while waiting.

I went to the counter for checkout and all registers were closed and the 3 women were stand behind the counter doing nothing, so i walked up to the older one on the end and she said "nope I'm closed" - I then asked her who's open then? She completely ignores me and the other 2 women were looking at their phones and laughing in their own little world. Then a taller gentleman came up from the back and opened a register to help me checkout and the others behind me, he told me that they are off the clock and getting ready to leave. So why do you have employees off the clock sitting up behind the counter on their phones or chatting? Completely unprofessional and lunacy for a building to allow this. The manager has ruined this store. Used to be a great store but she has changed everything to be…read moreher way and how she reads corporate policies. Employees can't be themselves anymore and wear hats even if they want to outside of kitchen. Employees don't stick around and my guess is that the reason is her. She spends all day watching cameras and listening to the microphones to see what she can hem people up on. Place is a miserable one to go to. She is constantly looking to get people for stealing and yeah that's great but you can have some compassion too. When you give feedback that would improve the place it is totally ignored.

The manager said it was okay which I was so happy about because I only had 20 minutes left on my clock. The store was clean and it has a hot food case so I got some chicken. The main staff here is awesome. Very helpful and insightful. The car wash on site is outstanding. Probably one of the best quick washes I've ever seen and used.

I have almost always had great service. Today I asked at the register if there were any quarter…read morepounders cooking. She said there were a bunch coming. I asked for four...the cook walked out and would only give me 2 and told me I would have to wait for more. I checked out my 2 but there were 6 more in the case. Is there a quarter pounder limit per customer at your store? The clerk was very very nice. A very kind and patient person.
