They hold a near monopoly in the area, yet their subscription system crashes frequently and causes repeated service interruptions. The larger concern is the lack of accountability at the local management level. In my experience, issues occurring behind the scenes are not acknowledged or addressed, which leaves customers without clear answers or support. In contrast, Irene in customer service has been consistently helpful, professional, and solution focused. For the long term health of the customer experience, leadership may want to consider aligning management with the level of service Irene provides.

And yes: Ethel Mae gets a little too! What I also like about this place (besides ice cream) is the staff is awesome! Always very friendly and helpful. This place gets busy and there can be a line. The cooler door was locked and I casually went up to the counter and I said hey I can't get into the cooler. There was a cashier lady there and then there was a guy who claimed to be the manager he said they're open they're open I said okay thanks. I went back to the cooler it was locked. I thought I'll try this once more. I could tell he had some kind of issues going on cuz he was agitated from the get-go maybe an unrelated event I don't know. I said sir the cooler is locked we hit the button we hit the button. I checked again it was locked I turned around I said no biggie I'm going to the other store meaning the QuikTrip down the street I said you guys will have a long day if you can't get those cooler doors open kiddingly. He started to scream and yell from across the store get the hell out of my store right now I said excuse me he said get out of my store I am going to post a comment on every social media site every Business site anything I can do that guy if he is a so-called manager needs to be fired Walnut Street QuikTrip Green Bay I was in disbelief so as far as I'm concerned quick trip I'm done with all QuikTrips so is my family and any friend of mine I can explain this story to that is absolutely wrong I felt like two cents getting yelled at in front of the other customers in the store.

This is a very new drugstore and it's bright, well-lit and well stocked. Unfortunately, it still has the horrible checkout situation where there is no real line so depending on how many people are in line and how many cashiers are open, you aren't sure when or how you'll get waited on. Why don't CVS just put in those little guides so there's a queue? Anyway, the cashier was super nice and the transaction was efficient. Plenty of parking and there's actually a metal cow piece of art out front. It might be a bike rack, I'm not really sure. But it's cool and I regret not getting a picture of it. The pharmacist said that they did not carry that drug (in spite of its being a national chain). I went to the pharmacy closest to my house and the pharmacist there said they used to have a client on that drug but do not have it any longer. So I went to Walgreens on Oneida. The pharmacist there looked at it and told me that the drug was not manufactured in that strength. He called the doctor and got the correct strength. Did I mention the prescription was for my dog? I think that any pharmacy that employs such caring pharmacists who are willing to go the extra step for a prescription for a pet is the pharmacy I want handling my medications.

The service area is clean and has plenty of supplies like squeegees, paper towels and hand cleaner. There is a big car wash on the lot and you can purchase a wash when you're buying gas.
