He received an automated reminder text an hour before the interview, confirming it was still on schedule, but the call never came. He texted the same number for an explanation and got only another automated reply directing him to email. I emailed that address and received no response. I also called corporate headquarters three times during business hours and was sent to voicemail each time, with no return call. Mistakes happen, but the complete lack of communication, accountability, or even a basic apology is unacceptable. This was my son's first experience with the job application process, and he was simply ignored.

My daughter bought me a $35 Amazon gift card from Woodman's for Mother's Day. Unfortunately, the card was accidentally thrown away because it was still inside the envelope. The very next day, when I went to add the gift card to my Amazon account, we realized the envelope was gone. My daughter contacted Woodman's and was told to contact Amazon. Amazon said they could not help without the gift card serial number, which was not printed on the receipt, and told us to go back to Woodman's. I then called Woodman's with the original receipt and asked if they could help locate the serial number or provide any assistance. They refused to help, even after the issue was escalated to the corporate level. Update: After writing the review, someone from Woodman's did help us out. We appreciate the help. If the people at the store and corporate were as nice, I would have given an excellent experience. I enjoy the variety that Woodman's carries. What I don't like is they can't find people who want to work so only 3 check outs were open and all self check out.
