They hold a near monopoly in the area, yet their subscription system crashes frequently and causes repeated service interruptions. In my experience, issues occurring behind the scenes are not acknowledged or addressed, which leaves customers without clear answers or support. In contrast, Irene in customer service has been consistently helpful, professional, and solution focused. For the long term health of the customer experience, leadership may want to consider aligning management with the level of service Irene provides.

Whenever I go to pick up my medication at the 24 hour one on military and Shawna Avenue in Green Bay, first they tell me I don't have any medication's there usually that's what they say and then I tell them I do and then they say to hold on a minute and then usually when they come back, they tell me there's some kind of problem with the doctors Notes or my insurance and this happens every time so of course I start getting frustrated because I have to explain to them every time that this happens to me all the time and then so when I go back the next time they don't like me so they wait five minutes to wait on me and there's nobody else in the drive-through at that time I didn't notice that the girl that was waiting on me that did this to me does not work there anymore thank God, but she worked there longer than a day and that was too long so I just wish that they would be a little more selective on the hiring that they do. I will no longer go to Walgreens pharmacies. To top it off usually they're super rude to me and it's not every one of them by any means, but it is always rough and they have a bad reputation of doing this to people as I talk to other people in the community about Walgreens pharmacies. When Yelp-Steve-O was a little boy my grandpa owned a Dino Shell. I remember sitting on the concrete Dino. It was a big deal in small town America which makes this place a classic. Literally, takes me back to a kid. On the main drag next to the GB Packer Stadium. They got it all. Of corse beer. Well and gas. They even have a car wash! Woooowwwww. No really. Wow. Seen a…read morenew girl behind the counter, shorter (haven't seen her before, maybe 23/25yrs old w/brown hair) Many times I had a pump say "See Store Associate for Receipt" , so I always walked in, turned to the cashier's counter and patiently waited for their attention, they always were very courteous and asked what I needed, told them the pump # was out of paper and after they finished their present customer, they would print it out for me, today I was asked by an lady giving out food samples, told her what happened and she informed the young girl, Not Giving Us Much Attention, said he must get in line.......... but I can't waste time in the store, I'm hired to fuel up, grab receipt and go.... MOST Other stores I been to Always had the 1st register open and would take fuel customers as they walked in the door (I thought this was a normal thing) in and out, happy customer and store owner (Normally ) I wasn't going to stand behind 3 or 4 other customers holding multiple grocery items when I only needed a receipt then be on my way, it happens alot, I thought in the past the store owner did this on purpose to get the customers to walk-in and persuade them to buy something since they had to go in anyway for the receipt, oh and the LOOK on her Face when the lady (samples) informed her I needed a receipt, Spoken back as if I wasn't even there.... He Needs To GET IN LINE.............. I explained this to my boss on why I didn't have the receipt, thinking we'll be switching gas-stations again soon I think, can't make money STANDING IN LINES
