The employees in my local store have become friends, asking me about my family and chatting about theirs. I will drive past other gas stations to get to a Kwik Trip. Oh, and the bathrooms are well maintained. Go to Kwik Trip on Thursdays and get the spicy chicken sandwich - it's on special on Thursdays and it is GOOD!

A few minutes later the person cleaning and another staff member started talking about a co-worker. After a couple of minutes they said I am not done yet but I guess you can use the restroom just be careful the floor is wet. I went in but they blocked the door and left it open. Not what I would say a very good experience. Was going to buy some other items, but left and went elsewhere.
