I thought hot bar was a bargain. I got a cheese curds. Granted it's not as good as when you get them at a restaurant, but what can I say? The store is so nice and clean and bright! I would say almost every employee who walked by me said hello. And some customer told me that they just recently fix the place up. They did a nice job. read more

Today was Labor Day at around opening and I'm a little embarrassed to say but my card didn't work at the checkout for an energy drink but the very kind cashier took it upon herself to take care of it for me and after I asked her who was going to pay for it, she said not to worry about it. I was very surprised and grateful to her for such a sweet gesture. She definitely did not have to cover that for me but chose to out of the goodness of her heart. I didn't catch her name but she was wearing a blue mask on her face. So thank you to her for that! Made my morning! read more

Today 09/22/2025 at Festival foods Menasha, very disappointed the customer service, my new debit card need to be activated so after 2 tries and realized i have to access my bank account via pin with my phone in order to activated my card. I had left my cell phone in the car i asked my daughter to retrieve the phone while i waiting at the self check out less than a minute, when i looked around, i got surrounded by this FAT Morbidly obits woman, acting like i was gonna rob the store a gun point, NOT ONCE anyone ever came out to asked me if I need help or to find out if everything was alright but rather treating me like I was a robbing the store. the most embarrassing moment I ever felt in a public store. that's a shame PISS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE to say the least. this is the last time i can step in this store. read more

I was visiting from out of state and needed fixings for a pre-Thanksgiving dinner. Festival had a great selection - the produce looked very fresh and I was able to find some unique grocery items and they also had an organic dairy section. The employees were very friendly and I had several ask me if I needed assistance. The store was clean and well organized. I would definitely shop here again when I am in town. read more

I'm a big fan! I know a grocery store is a grocery store, but this one just rubs me the right way. The workers there have always been so incredibly friendly and they have a very decent organic section, which is a huge plus for me. There are a lot of options, the produce is fresh, and there has never been something I wanted that Festival did not sell. The fresh salad bar and packaged hot food sections are pretty impressive, too. Everything always looks fresh and appetizing. The food I've eaten from there has always been yummy, too. I'm really bummed that there aren't any Festival Foods locations at home in the Chicago suburbs because I would definitely be a frequent customer. Note: There is a Festival Facebook page I'm a fan of and the different locations post lots of pictures of their workers at the store. The Packers ones are my favorites. How cute! read more

I love Festival! However, they are pricey and we stick to buying deli items, fresh fish and meats here, rather than our dry goods. I am way too lazy to keep up with the sales to make it worth our while to do all of our shopping here. The store is clean and the staff is friendly. The liquor store has a great variety on wine and if you have younger children they have a supervised play room that you can drop them off in while you shop. read more

Went to the new one on 27th St in Greenfield. The workers were very nice. The stores layout is really odd. You almost feel like your in a twilight zone. No organization to aisle structure. Seafood section was bad-love salmon and they had so little of it. BBQ sauces had a few but not many. Name brands were very scarce. Dunkin coffee and apple turnovers were outrageously priced. Not alot of options. I expected really good looking meat but didn't see any. Very very expensive. I guess I go back to Woodmans which I love! read more

All I come in to buy are the weekly specials, and I usually do that on Sunday morning. I think I'm actually going to switch to Monday mornings at around 8-9am. Sunday mornings are kind of a madhouse, but any weekday early enough in the morning is calm and serene. Their weekly specials are amazing and such a fantastic price point. Those are what get you in the door. Be careful not to deviate too much from those, as the middle-of-the-store items are extraordinarily pricey. Cereal, flour, soda, etc are sooooo expensive! Shop around the perimeter of the store and you won't be disappointed. This is pretty much the only store that I get my produce from. Everything is indeed "days fresher". I like that they have lanes for you to bag your own things because I don't really trust too many people to bag my groceries. I have had enough squished loaves of bread in my lifetime that I just like to bag my stuff myself. Sometimes even though they literally have every single lane open, you still have to wait three people deep to check out. The store is clean and well lit. I also like that they offer a free jello cube from the deli and free cookie to your kiddos as you shop! read more

I take issue with the fact that upon entering the store, I was greeted with the smell of the fish counter (which is all the way in the back of the store). With limited selections of many items, and a 30% higher priced tag than most other grocery stores in the Valley, I will shop elsewhere. read more

I want to say a big thank you to Festival Foods for placing cart racks near the handicap parking. It's long been a complaint of mine that stores will place the cart racks half way down the parking lot. For those of us who are handicapped doing the shopping is already a challenge, placing the cart racks close to where we park is a blessing! I hope other stores will follow your lead! Not the place to come for fresh fruits or veggies. Pretty good selection, store is clean. Be sure to check expiration dates, several times I've almost bought things that were expired (like spices of all things, how old are they if the garlic salt is expired?) Not sure what they are thinking when it comes to organization, some items' placement makes no sense. Most employees are nice but some are extremely judgmental and will profile you if you don't conform to the typical religious mid-westerner. It can be highly irritating when they watch you put everything in a bag at self checkout and then check your bags after. Very odd and quite discomforting from a consumer standpoint, it feels like they are telling me I'm stealing from them when they have no reason to even believe that. read more

Please everyone watch what you purchase in the deli! This is the second time within a year that I have been charged for the wrong item. I purchased potato salad at $2.48 lb. when I got home I noticed I was charged for deli meat at $8.09! Nice profit for Festival Foods.
