I grilled the filets with my chimney on a charcoal grill. They were extremely tender and delicious. I used the pork breakfast patties in a bagel breakfast sandwich with egg and cheese. Fast forward to just a few weeks ago, I decided that I was going to make a brisket for Thanksgiving instead of turkey. I decided to stop by and pick up a frozen brisket to start thawing so it would be ready to prepare for Thanksgiving. I stopped by and they were out of the frozen. I asked about how to get a fresh one and they said they did them by order and it would be a few days to process the meat but they could have it for me the day before Thanksgiving which would be perfect as thats when I needed to start the rub and getting it ready to roast in the oven early the next morning. The brisket was absolutely beautiful. Honestly one of the best briskets I have ever seen. It was my first time doing an oven roasted one but with the way Becks trimmed and prepared it. Everything went smoothly and I came out with a perfect brisket that was a big hit. I know cooking it is all on me but Beck's was there to help out with an amazing cut of meat. I will use them for all my meat needs from now on.
