Not only was the quality of the food extremely poor, the customer service was even worse. No greeting, no instructions on how to use the menu or grill (though I didn't need it as I'm a well experienced in Korean food but it's just the thought) they also ran out of stock of the main food items ordered and didn't say anything about it until asked. I'm used to authentic Korean food, and this wasn't anything near. Think extra watered down food and the sushi had lettuce in it. The worst part of all? When I brought up the concerns there wasn't one apology and instead blame and the manager went back and forth with me. Extremely unprofessional and he mentioned the food wasn't Korean food? I almost laughed at the thought. The manager offered absolutely no solution but to discount our total an offensive amount off, he suggested 10% off at first. All the food was uneaten. Edit: Since posting these reviews and being met with the replies from the owner on multiple platforms, it all just further more solidifies my review and the issues that occurred. The customer service is beyond awful and if you read the replies there is no resolution offered, just confrontation. "41 items were ordered and prepared" and left uneaten. Let that sink in on how bad the food quality has to be for that lol. Though I'm doubtful on the amount claimed regardless as another simple lie was stated saying we accepted 10% off our bill. What I don't appreciate is the blatant lies throughout their replies but I'll let their public replies speak for themselves. And they delivered on a great bread with chewy crust and soft insides. Everything felt super fresh. My friend and I were divided on the stuffed chicken wings. I felt they were a little small and overcooked. He loved them and said they were the most flavorful ones he's ever had. It does take a while to get your food (10-15 mins) while you're waiting around in the store. We were in Appleton and I realized they had a storefront so we stopped in. The store is small but has a selection of cheese, milks and local products as well as Lamers merch and some souvenirs. They sell servings of ice cream and have a couple of tables where families were enjoying their treats and visiting. We got some milk, cheese and chocolates. I'm looking forward to picking up some of their heavy whipping cream and half and half, all of which all of which are made from their rBGH-free milk. Good stuff from Wisconsin!
