I would have shopped here solely if I had known about it. I have never seen a little boutique organic grocery store. This place is very unique. My daughter bought me a $35 Amazon gift card from Woodman's for Mother's Day. Unfortunately, the card was accidentally thrown away because it was still inside the envelope. The very next day, when I went to add the gift card to my Amazon account, we realized the envelope was gone. My daughter contacted Woodman's and was told to contact Amazon. Amazon said they could not help without the gift card serial number, which was not printed on the receipt, and told us to go back to Woodman's. I then called Woodman's with the original receipt and asked if they could help locate the serial number or provide any assistance. They refused to help, even after the issue was escalated to the corporate level. Update: After writing the review, someone from Woodman's did help us out. We appreciate the help. If the people at the store and corporate were as nice, I would have given an excellent experience. I enjoy the variety that Woodman's carries. Thank you customer service for caring about me and my family.

I didn't have time to go and buy another suitcase for everything I wanted to take home with me. Sunday mornings are kind of a madhouse, but any weekday early enough in the morning is calm and serene. Their weekly specials are amazing and such a fantastic price point. Those are what get you in the door. Be careful not to deviate too much from those, as the middle-of-the-store items are extraordinarily pricey. Cereal, flour, soda, etc are sooooo expensive! Shop around the perimeter of the store and you won't be disappointed. This is pretty much the only store that I get my produce from. Everything is indeed "days fresher". I like that they have lanes for you to bag your own things because I don't really trust too many people to bag my groceries. I have had enough squished loaves of bread in my lifetime that I just like to bag my stuff myself. Sometimes even though they literally have every single lane open, you still have to wait three people deep to check out. The store is clean and well lit. I also like that they offer a free jello cube from the deli and free cookie to your kiddos as you shop!

It's Wal-Mart so I am not expecting the greatest customer service in the world. I know you wont…read moreget that here but that being said, this was even worse than "normal" customer service at Wal-Mart. I was purchasing probably about 20-25 items. Nothing too large but too many to go through the express lane without being "that guy". I worked retail for 12.5 years so I know that it annoys the cashier and others in line and I dont want to appear on People of Wal-Mart because of that. So, I go to the other other register open meaning that at 9:30PM on a Friday night there were two registers open. One regular and one express. It took me 30 minutes to check out because of how much the people in front of me had to ring up. I know Wal-Mart is knowing for never having registers open but this was ridiculous. If I did not need my items for the next day I would have waited and gone to Target. I have gone to this Wal-Mart a few times and there is always a wait but usually I am grabbing just a few things so I can do self or express checkout. I will say the staff I interacted with was actually friendly and helpful but there just wasnt enough checkout help so that is why I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because I know its really not the staffs fault for the lack of staff and I don't want to take it out on them but it needs to be said. So, if you need time away from the kids and spouse come here on a Friday night and you will get plenty of time to get lost in your thoughts and catch up on texts and games on your phone.
