He received an automated reminder text an hour before the interview, confirming it was still on schedule, but the call never came. He texted the same number for an explanation and got only another automated reply directing him to email. I emailed that address and received no response. I also called corporate headquarters three times during business hours and was sent to voicemail each time, with no return call. Mistakes happen, but the complete lack of communication, accountability, or even a basic apology is unacceptable. A cashier who use to work Deli came back to see why everyone was leaving thanks to her I got what I wanted. About 245 pm the Deli girl came back and I said your late and her response was JEP FOLLOWED BY A SMILE AND A LAFF.
