The food is fairly cheap, and doesn't taste as nasty as fast food. I'm addicted to the rib and chicken sandwich. I'm usually to try any of the sandwiches if it's the special of the day. I also like eating the cold sandwiches and wraps. Yeah they're a little pricer, but they taste way more fresh than similar sandwiches at gas stations. Along with a sandwich, I get a fruit cup (watermelon, cantaloupe, or grapes usually), and a bottle of Kwikade is always refreshing (their own brand of Gatorade). The service is consistent with good communication. If a line builds up, they're fast at getting someone on another register. If you're looking for something or want something specific from the kitchen, they will make it for you. Now they have a Kwik Trip rewards program and I use it all the time! If you use it 15 times you get a free item to choose out of about six options. I go with a free chicken sandwich or burger. I always like it when I leave they say, "see you next time" because guess what it's true.

Asked if they were refilling and they said "we only put soup on the bar". I showed them the Mac & Cheese sign on the bar then they said they would not refill it due to waste. Was shown some tiny dried out pre packed cups of Mac & Cheese on the warming tables. Just left to find food elsewhere. Sad because KT use to be very customer service oriented.

Lots of fresh meat in the cooler that looked good and fresh food in general. Fresh take and bake pizza with general frozen foods and goods. This is really a one stop shop where you can get gas/groceries and goodies for the kids. The drink machine says 99 cent for big drinks which must draw in lots of people. Kwik Trip is my favorite fuel stop and I would have got some of the bacon wrapped pork filets for 99 cents if I didn't see the sign on the door on my way out.

The past year or so it has been a lucky guess of how things are done. This past Tuesday 10/21 I went to get some lunch meat and cheeses and there was a sign that said on break will be back at 220 pm. While 3 other customers waited for the girl to come back. It's now 235 pm and the other 3 customers just left. A cashier who use to work Deli came back to see why everyone was leaving thanks to her I got what I wanted. About 245 pm the Deli girl came back and I said your late and her response was JEP FOLLOWED BY A SMILE AND A LAFF. From 220 pm until and 235 pm 3 out 4 customers left there remaking groceries and left the store. Things in this deli need to get fixed if you want to keep customers.
