Seen a…read morenew girl behind the counter, shorter (haven't seen her before, maybe 23/25yrs old w/brown hair) Many times I had a pump say "See Store Associate for Receipt" , so I always walked in, turned to the cashier's counter and patiently waited for their attention, they always were very courteous and asked what I needed, told them the pump # was out of paper and after they finished their present customer, they would print it out for me, today I was asked by an lady giving out food samples, told her what happened and she informed the young girl, Not Giving Us Much Attention, said he must get in line.......... but I can't waste time in the store, I'm hired to fuel up, grab receipt and go.... MOST Other stores I been to Always had the 1st register open and would take fuel customers as they walked in the door (I thought this was a normal thing) in and out, happy customer and store owner (Normally ) I wasn't going to stand behind 3 or 4 other customers holding multiple grocery items when I only needed a receipt then be on my way, it happens alot, I thought in the past the store owner did this on purpose to get the customers to walk-in and persuade them to buy something since they had to go in anyway for the receipt, oh and the LOOK on her Face when the lady (samples) informed her I needed a receipt, Spoken back as if I wasn't even there.... He Needs To GET IN LINE.............. I explained this to my boss on why I didn't have the receipt, thinking we'll be switching gas-stations again soon I think, can't make money STANDING IN LINES

    my rating for this service center is 0. lived in the area for 40 years and have had the need for…read moreservice on my vehicles. this center was always customer oriented & great. in the past few years the owner has gradually turned over control to his son, now it has changed to either how much $$s can be taken from customer and time it takes to service the vehicle. not only has that happened but intentional additional problems to cost more money & other companies make $$s off you (think towing & used/new replacement parts, additional services). save yourself the headache & stress go somewhere else.

Car having the same issue the very next day. Brought it back to Ness. The owner said he would try to "fit" me in. I was there for 3 hours before the car was "fixed" again. Left, and the frken car stalled out. Called Ness and told them to get it towed over by them. They were somewhat rude, and was told my car would not get fixed until Monday (it was Friday). I said, bullcrap, I want my money back and will go somewhere else. They wouldnt refund my money. I couldn't deal with this deal with this anymore.... I went over to Exhaust Pros on Allouez Ave because the tow person highly suggested them. The car was fixed within an hour and actually was "fixed". Don't go to Ness.
