I feel that I could write this review for any Kwik Trip location that I've been, because they are…read moreall consistently awesome. I frequent this location on a weekly basis. The food is fairly cheap, and doesn't taste as nasty as fast food. I'm addicted to the rib and chicken sandwich. I'm usually to try any of the sandwiches if it's the special of the day. I also like eating the cold sandwiches and wraps. Yeah they're a little pricer, but they taste way more fresh than similar sandwiches at gas stations. Along with a sandwich, I get a fruit cup (watermelon, cantaloupe, or grapes usually), and a bottle of Kwikade is always refreshing (their own brand of Gatorade). The service is consistent with good communication. If a line builds up, they're fast at getting someone on another register. If you're looking for something or want something specific from the kitchen, they will make it for you. Now they have a Kwik Trip rewards program and I use it all the time! If you use it 15 times you get a free item to choose out of about six options. I go with a free chicken sandwich or burger. I always like it when I leave they say, "see you next time" because guess what it's true.

GCS Stadium Shell consistently provides polite, excellent service--they operate at a level I would…read moreconsider six star. If it weren't for their outstanding staff, I would have already canceled my GCS True North Flash Pass. My one star rating is directed solely at True North's car wash operations. They hold a near monopoly in the area, yet their subscription system crashes frequently and causes repeated service interruptions. The larger concern is the lack of accountability at the local management level. In my experience, issues occurring behind the scenes are not acknowledged or addressed, which leaves customers without clear answers or support. In contrast, Irene in customer service has been consistently helpful, professional, and solution focused. For the long term health of the customer experience, leadership may want to consider aligning management with the level of service Irene provides.

Husband got a corn dog and when he started eating it he didn't like it. There is a time marked on all the hot foods and they are good about removing items that have been sitting too long. This corn dog was not past time but close to it. They were quick to say they'd give him a new corn dog but there weren't any left so made fresh ones right away. The new one was tasty. It's your typical gas station, small inside, but they offer most everything a small gas station does: gas, coffee, donuts, candies, and automotive things like windshield wiper fluid and oil. Best part about this place is they have free air!! Whenever I'm home I always take my car there, check my tire pressure, and get some gas. They also have a two-stall car wash, just used it before leaving for home yesterday and while part of the bottom was still kinda dirty, the rest of my car looked amazing and it was worth the $6 I spent on it. For a more detailed clean I'd take it to PDQ in Green Bay, but for a quick clean before hitting the road this was perfect.
