Group of 4 of us wanted a fun friends night out for Korean BBQ! We were warmly greeted when we…read morewalked in, and asked if we had ever done Korean BBQ before, which was nice to ask for those that aren't familiar. We waited about 5 minutes so they could preheat the table grill. They have tables for really any size group. QR code menu at the table allowed us to order what we wanted, it was pretty much all covered under the $35.99/pp AYCE price, drinks excluded. Started with some apps- Japchae was OK, surprised there weren't more veggies. Tteokbokki was not spicy as described, but was so good! Cheese dogs were fun, the mustard on the outside was very good. Favorite apps by far were the beef mandu dumplings and fried shrimp! All of the bulgolgi meats were excellent- regular beef, regular pork and spicy beef! Highly recommend. Pork belly was perfect, and kalbi ribs were nice and thinly sliced with a good marinade. Salmon and shrimp were fine, but both were very plain, perhaps an option for garlic shrimp?! Sauces were a split decision at the table, two of us thought they were great, and two thought they needed more soy-based options. Had some plum soju (rice wine), the sweet was nice against some of the spicy meats. Brown sugar bubble tea was fresh, but the tapioca pearls were very hard, needed to be cooked way longer. Mai Tai was a good balance of fruity and boozy! Definitely save room for a Melona bar for dessert- they are a popular Korean dessert that is a perfect blend of ice cream and a Popsicle. The melon flavor is so good and the perfect end to the meal. Everything was very clean, service was friendly and helpful with the grill table and ordering. Would definitely come back!

Wide variety of options for food and worth the price. Very friendly and attentive staff.read more

But the hidden treasure is in the back, the chef recommended the deluxe barn mi, I also had the house sausage with the hot sauce. They have sweet as well, but I'm hooked-- my whole face started sweating and every bite was delicious! The Bahn Mi was on point and I might get the deluxe and one with just brisket next time. I will not skip the stuffed wing either.

The steamed bun with korean beef was super simple, clean, and beautiful. I got too much food so had to reheat a few days later, with a moist paper towl on top, the bun came back to life! the bahn mi shines. If you're like me and believe "there can never be enough cilantro" yes yes yes. I love the abundant veggies. And for me--what makes a difference between a real bahn mi and a total faker--the bread. And they delivered on a great bread with chewy crust and soft insides. Everything felt super fresh. My friend and I were divided on the stuffed chicken wings. I felt they were a little small and overcooked. He loved them and said they were the most flavorful ones he's ever had. It does take a while to get your food (10-15 mins) while you're waiting around in the store. But it seems like a lot of things are made fresh to order by the sole chef and the quality is much better than a sandwich that has been sitting around all day. Can't wait to come again to this gem!

The baked goods draw us here…read morebecause we can't get it that good anywhere else, and it is that little push that convinces us to choose this store of all places we could have gone for all of our grocery needs. The fruit is usually in excellent condition--reminds me of Whole Foods. They have fresh squeezed orange juice! They have the best milk--Lamers! All the good yogurts and more flavors than other places. The meats and fish are always great. They have cheap sushi that is still decent, great sandwiches in the fridge for not much money, and a nice food and salad bar, so it's a good place to go eat lunch. Really nice employees. And, it's cost efficient. What more could you ask? (The one request I have if you are listening is to improve the macaroni and cheese that comes with your chicken dinner. It should be a little thicker with less spice and more cheesy--more like classic macaroni and cheese.)

I called the store and had to go back to the store to pick up the missing item. Later that evening, I noticed I was missing another item. I have not gone to the store to pick up this item yet. That would be 3 times I went to Pick N Save to complete my grocery list. The shopper did not pay close attention to my grocery list. I am 95 years old and not a happy camper regarding this situation. I have been thinking about changing grocery store. Maybe they should have a meeting with the shoppers.
