Brand new location in Oshkosh. You could tell the staff is a bit new and learning the ropes. The interior is all brand new and looks great. I ordered online and skipped the line so that made my experience a quick and easy one. After discovering the toast Beef, sub, nobody comes close, it looks and tastes to be real Roast beef not some processed chopped and formed product in a salty brine, I can sneak one into lower sodium diet In moderation, the employees are great and always greet you with a smile and possibly will say"You having your usual?" Amazing service at this location! Staff is friendly and genuinely seem to want to connect with you and make sure you're happy with what you order. A lot of sub sandwich places struggle with too wet sandwiches these days and I have never had that problem here getting it "Mike's Way". There are quite a few different sub places(Subway, Firehouse subs, Cousins at least) in this side of town but this is the only one I'll go to on the West side. read more

Jersey Mike's is up there with Jimmy John's when it comes to sandwich shops. I have been here quite a few times since they opened. I will probably eat here as often as JJ's and I will now choose this place over Cousin's or the dreaded Subway. Food- Food is great. I always get their sandwiches in a bowl and they each one is different. Some they roll up the meat, cheese and veggies and slice it into bite sized rolls. The hot sandwiches they toss all together in a delicious pile of meat, cheese, veggies and sauce. Staff- Staff has always been friendly every time I have gone in. I ordered a hot sandwich online the other day and got there just as they were tossing my meat on the grill. I asked the cashier if she could add some jalapenos in the bowl and the cook overheard and recommended that I try them grilled, which I did and it was delicious. Price- The price is actually really good for what you get. Besides Subway its one of the cheaper places to get a sandwich. Heck I would take paying for a sandwich at JM's that a free sandwich at Subway (If you cant tell I dont like Subway #sorrynotsorry) Overall, if you want a change in sandwich place or just want a good ole fashioned Cheesesteak sandwich, Jersey Mike's is a place to try out. read more

Service was pretty crappie today, even with COVID-19 you would think with eating at home much more and thus having many options to eat out... it would be a high priority to do better. I have never been more disappointed in a sub shop in my life. This was my first time going and I don't believe I'll ever be back. After ordering a giant chicken philly as a part of their "$5 after 5" deal, I requested no jalapenos be added as even some "mild" salsas are too hot for me. While my boyfriend's sub looked excellent and huge, mine was smaller and looked like it had been run over by a car and the meat blended before wrapping up. Also, there were jalapenos, but no green peppers as stated on the menu. I also was never offered the chance to customize my sub with other toppings at the end, and when i asked to have ranch added i was told it was already wrapped and he didn't want to unwrap it so he'd give it to me on the side. And after all this, the taste was anything but great as well. You'd think for $14 a sub they'd be more flavorful. read more

Overpriced Average Zub. My dad and I had the Philly Cheesesteak. You couldn't tell there was cheese, veggies or sauce. It had a fair amount if steak but it's pretty much all you could taste. It was our first time here and the guy that took our order was a bit rude to us. We were the only customers at the time, we told him our order and he said all I need to know is what kind of sub to make go to the register to order anything else in a irritated tone. This is my favorite sub shop ever, and I was so excited when they came to Oshkosh! The meats and cheeses are sliced fresh when you order, so no mystery meat from a bag here! The produce is super fresh as well (definitely try the pickles) and the staff is friendly. The prices are also fair for the huge subs you get. I have been waiting for this place to open! So good. They cut the meat right in front of you. It can take a minute to get out, but well worth it. This sub shop is the best by far!! In my opinion, they beat any other sub shop including subway, Jimmy johns, firehouse, cousins etc.. hands down. Great example, this morning approximately 1030am I ordered a club sub. I asked for my meats to be shaved. The staff happily shaved the Turkey and ham perfectly! Did I tell you they slice your meats on the spot to order!! You cannot get anything more freshly made. Also, the vinegar and oil that they place on the sub called "Mike's way" omg it's the best. Ordered 2 sandwiches for delivery. They forgot one. When they sent it out in another delivery, the sandwich was cold and horrible. They did not remake the sandwich, just sent a sub that was made an hour before I received it. No coupon to apologize for their mistake or anything.
