Brand new location in Oshkosh. You could tell the staff is a bit new and learning the ropes. The interior is all brand new and looks great. I ordered online and skipped the line so that made my experience a quick and easy one. The subs we got were pretty darn good as usual, but they forgot to put tomatoes on my sub, so minus points for that. I'm sure they'll be more attentive and accurate in the future. read more

This place was just OK. It was my first time trying a jersey Mike's. All of the workers were in training which I usually don't mind but our sandwich came out a little bit sloppy End it took a little while other than that it was fine read more

Service was polite, and quick. The place was clean and bright, the music was good. I requested heavy pickles and they delivered tenfold, as they have every time. Overall, 10/10, would recommend. read more

I LOVE jersey mikes. everyone at this location especially is quick and knows what they're doing. one time they forgot my bacon, but we all make mistakes. i frequent this location and it has never happened since. i recommend the club mikes way. also the restaurant is always kept clean, which you can't say for all fast food places these days. read more

Jersey Mikes is by far my favorite place for subs! After discovering the toast Beef, sub, nobody comes close, it looks and tastes to be real Roast beef not some processed chopped and formed product in a salty brine, I can sneak one into lower sodium diet In moderation, the employees are great and always greet you with a smile and possibly will say"You having your usual?" Now that's service, it's nice to see a new location opened close to where I work! Thanks Mike! read more

Amazing service at this location! Staff is friendly and genuinely seem to want to connect with you and make sure you're happy with what you order. A lot of sub sandwich places struggle with too wet sandwiches these days and I have never had that problem here getting it "Mike's Way". There are quite a few different sub places(Subway, Firehouse subs, Cousins at least) in this side of town but this is the only one I'll go to on the West side. read more

I stopped at JM @ KOSH. Place small but clean. Rumors have it that JM has shrinkflation issues. Prices up slightly. But still worth the price value for dollar wise. #13 my way was excellent, Bespoke, made to order and everyone was pleasant. I was most satisfied as it's better than the Airshow food on the field. Great work at JM @ KOSH. WP read more

Every time I've gotten a sub sandwich from here it's correct, very tasteful, and good variety. The service is with a smile, and the place is clean and the food is fresh. read more

Fantastic food, best subs in town. Honestly a cut above the rest. Meat tastes fresher, veggies always on point and the bread is perfect! I'm from the east coast and this is the only sub I go for out here! read more

Standard JM. If you liked all the others you've been to, you'll like this one. Similarly, if you didn't like all the others you've been to, you won't like this one either. read more

Jersey Mike's is up there with Jimmy John's when it comes to sandwich shops. I have been here quite a few times since they opened. I will probably eat here as often as JJ's and I will now choose this place over Cousin's or the dreaded Subway. Food- Food is great. I always get their sandwiches in a bowl and they each one is different. Some they roll up the meat, cheese and veggies and slice it into bite sized rolls. The hot sandwiches they toss all together in a delicious pile of meat, cheese, veggies and sauce. Staff- Staff has always been friendly every time I have gone in. I ordered a hot sandwich online the other day and got there just as they were tossing my meat on the grill. I asked the cashier if she could add some jalapenos in the bowl and the cook overheard and recommended that I try them grilled, which I did and it was delicious. Price- The price is actually really good for what you get. Besides Subway its one of the cheaper places to get a sandwich. Heck I would take paying for a sandwich at JM's that a free sandwich at Subway (If you cant tell I dont like Subway #sorrynotsorry) Overall, if you want a change in sandwich place or just want a good ole fashioned Cheesesteak sandwich, Jersey Mike's is a place to try out. read more

$19.10 for two subs and one soda and one bag of chips. Subs are awesome and I was stuffed after one regular Big Kahuna. At first I thought it was pricey, but it's worth it. The best sub I've ever had. And they have vanilla cream soda! read more

Service was pretty crappie today, even with COVID-19 you would think with eating at home much more and thus having many options to eat out... it would be a high priority to do better. Luckily the food is good, but you can't deliver 100 on the food and 10 on the service. Thanks for not doing what you said you were going to do and being so blatant about and no apologies. read more

Love this place!! Always fresh and yummy! Is our favorite place to get a great sub.

We ordered takeout because of COVID-19. The food was delicious, and on time, couldn't ask for more. We'll be back!

I have never been more disappointed in a sub shop in my life. This was my first time going and I don't believe I'll ever be back. After ordering a giant chicken philly as a part of their "$5 after 5" deal, I requested no jalapenos be added as even some "mild" salsas are too hot for me. While my boyfriend's sub looked excellent and huge, mine was smaller and looked like it had been run over by a car and the meat blended before wrapping up. Also, there were jalapenos, but no green peppers as stated on the menu. I also was never offered the chance to customize my sub with other toppings at the end, and when i asked to have ranch added i was told it was already wrapped and he didn't want to unwrap it so he'd give it to me on the side. And after all this, the taste was anything but great as well. You'd think for $14 a sub they'd be more flavorful. read more

Jersey Mike's goofed up my order and the wait was way too long. I would never go there again. Also they made the subs on the bare counter how unsanitary is that. read more

Outstanding sub for a vegetarian! The Rosemary Parmesan bread was delicious. The staff was so friendly and helpful!

Awesome sandwich. The girl who made it was training a new employee and asked me.what type.of sandwich I wanted. I was unsure and she suggested the Chipotle chicken. Might be my new favorite sandwich. read more

Ordered three subs and they goofed up my order. I will never eat here again. I had a Reuben sub. Cousins Subs makes a better Reuben. Jersey Mike's will not last I predict they will close I was not the only one with a goofed up order. It happened to others as well. read more

Dark curly hair (usually in a little bun) guy can WHIP it UP (and he can hit it) but mans needs a raise for slaying these sammies. Yeah he's fine too but I go in looking like crack every time plus he be working TOO HARD perfecting my philly. Yeah 10/10 experience and a fine fry cool read more

Overpriced Average Zub. My dad and I had the Philly Cheesesteak. You couldn't tell there was cheese, veggies or sauce. It had a fair amount if steak but it's pretty much all you could taste. It was our first time here and the guy that took our order was a bit rude to us. We were the only customers at the time, we told him our order and he said all I need to know is what kind of sub to make go to the register to order anything else in a irritated tone. Overall I was not to impressed with Jersey Mikes. read more

This is my favorite sub shop ever, and I was so excited when they came to Oshkosh! The meats and cheeses are sliced fresh when you order, so no mystery meat from a bag here! The produce is super fresh as well (definitely try the pickles) and the staff is friendly. The prices are also fair for the huge subs you get. I've eaten here a dozen time already since they opened and it's been stellar every time. read more

I have been waiting for this place to open! So good. They cut the meat right in front of you. It can take a minute to get out, but well worth it. Jersey shore sandwich is good, the roast beef is awesome and the original italian is amazing. Gotta have the italian cured meats. Oregano on top just adds that little extra. SO GOOD!!! read more

Because some other sub shops do not deliver to my area, I tried you for the first time tonight and DAMN it was good. It's as if it was meant to be :D read more

This sub shop is the best by far!! In my opinion, they beat any other sub shop including subway, Jimmy johns, firehouse, cousins etc.. hands down. Great example, this morning approximately 1030am I ordered a club sub. I asked for my meats to be shaved. The staff happily shaved the Turkey and ham perfectly! Did I tell you they slice your meats on the spot to order!! You cannot get anything more freshly made. Also, the vinegar and oil that they place on the sub called "Mike's way" omg it's the best. The tomatoes and lettuce were fresh as well. Please, stop in and give their sub sandwiches a try, trust me you will never go anywhere else again!! Oh yeah, the staff, were top of the line. My thanks to everyone there!! read more

Ordered 2 sandwiches for delivery. They forgot one. When they sent it out in another delivery, the sandwich was cold and horrible. They did not remake the sandwich, just sent a sub that was made an hour before I received it. No coupon to apologize for their mistake or anything. Just an hour old, now cold, sub that should be hot (or at least warm). read more

first, the woman helping me grabs a random piece of bread from the corner of the counter and practically wipes the counter with it. god knows how long this random piece of bread has just been sitting there ?? then the lettuce was wilting and she dumped the whole bottle of oil on my sub. awful experience. read more
