There is no waiting area, so you either need to stand against a wall or sit down at a table. There are no booths, and maybe 30-35 seats total. It was packed, but only because there was so many people waiting for their food to go (only two tables eating there). I wish there was a designated waiting area. You get a buzzer to let you know when to go up and get your food. Service: They had two registers open, and the staff was nice. They do not have online ordering available yet which is really inconvenient considering since they don't have a waiting area. It also is kind of gross that people are sitting at the dine-in tables waiting for carry out with their purses/bags/drinks set on the tables and then the tables aren't cleaned after people are sitting at them. I had 6 groups of people ahead of me who had ordered and it took me about 20ish minutes to get my food. I think once they have online ordering this might eliminate those waits and the crowds. They also ask for a tip at the register...when you're the one who gets your food at the counter and are most likely not eating there? I wish these places would just PAY their employees a decent wage so they don't automatically ask for a tip (I think the lowest option was 10%). Food: The chicken was cooked all the way through and really juicy. The fries were the star of the show though, super crispy, even with the ride home from the place and they had a ton of seasoning. I want to go back for just the fries. I ordered a hot tender and a medium tender, both weren't very spicy but I REALLY love spice, so I'll probably go up a level next time. I also didn't expect it to be a dry rub, I'm more of a spicy sauce coating girly on my chicken. I'll give it a bit of time before going back to see if they get their online ordering system set up to avoid the wait.

We ordered the eight piece basket with two large mashed potatoes and a large mac and cheese. Sadly, they did not have any mac and cheese to buy that day. The worker apologized and gave us our money back, and even gave us a large mashed potato for free. The food is pretty good. The chicken wasn't too fresh- but it still tasted reall good. The flavor of the chicken is very similar to KFC's but has much less grease. The mashed potatoes are awesome. They have a warm buttery flavor to them that just tastes so delicious. They're better than I thought they would be (I don't really like mashed potatoes). Well, in conclusion, this place is actually better than I thought it would be. It has good food, fairly large variety on the menu, friendly staff, and an overall welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend this place! I find the service to be just as quick as any other local establishments. Using their app gives you great deals and coupons to use on your orders. As for the food, I have rarely had missteps or missing items. I also check my order prior to leaving because I live 2 hours from this location. So, if you're having to drive back that's on you for not checking first. I like that I'm able to get a mixture of both original and spicy chicken tenders.
