I visited Kaukauna for literally a hot second and Patty and Pablo's absolutely delivered. Great service, great atmosphere, beautiful spot on a classic Main Street. I had the chilaquiles and my coworker had the beef short rib Benedict. Both were outstanding. The chilaquiles might be the best I've had outside of Mexico. The short rib was exceptional. Sooooo so good. A small menu and a small drink menu but everything was so delicious. The craft margarita and michelada both got rave reviews. The asada fries were a great start and I highly recommend them. I had the 3 tacos - asada, chorizo and pastor. The pastor was the best I've ever had but the asada stole the show. I have been wanting to try this place because of the ratings and overall it matches the ratings. My sister and I split a steak quesadilla and my other sister had chorizo tacos. All the food was very good service was quick and the server was friendly. Place is very clean however beware that they charge for any sauce at all. She asks if he wants sauce and it's a buck per serving. I think you should be able to get some with your meal without paying for it. read more

We had lunch today at Patty and Pablo's and it was such a great spot for a casual, flavorful meal! My sister ordered the three-taco lunch with chorizo and steak. The chorizo was incredibly well seasoned and flavorful without being overpowering and the steak was tender and cooked just right. You could really taste the quality in both meats. I split the steak quesadilla with my other sister, and it did not disappoint. It was perfectly cheesy with generous steak inside, and it came with fresh guacamole, sour cream, and a little lettuce with pico on the side. Everything tasted fresh and well prepared, and the portions were satisfying for lunch. The only small enhancement I would suggest is including one sauce free with each meal. We were charged $0.99 for every sauce we requested, which felt a bit unnecessary. It's not a deal breaker, but it would be a nice touch and would elevate the overall experience. Lovely little restaurant nestled in downtown Kaukauna. I love the historic building with tall ceilings and huge windows. Bright, airy, and so inviting. The Huevos Rancheros was absolutely perfect. The tortilla base was so delicious. Not just a corn tortilla tossed in the grill. This one had this delectable corn almost cake like base. Loved it. Eggs were perfect. I added chorizo which was also amazing good. Such friendly service as well. A bottle of water for the table and so generous with coffee refills. Loved the whole experience! read more

Yet another delicious and very satisfying experience at Pablo and Patty's in Kaukauna. Once again ordered a basic breakfast and it was just delicious. I absolutely love their diced potatoes with the balsamic glaze. Also treated myself to a Mexican hot chocolate which was delicious. I was there between 11:00 and 12:00 on Thursday and there's only one other table occupied. Let's get this restaurant going and support our local businesses.
