This restaurant and adjacent shop are beautifully decorated and the food is fantastic! You know when you order soup at places and you get a bowl of broth with one floating carrot and only an abstract notion of chicken? Not here. Their chicken dumpling soup was loaded with veggies, chicken and dumplings. I had that with a half sandwich of turkey and Swiss and mushrooms. The bread was thick and rustic and I suspect it was either baked in-house or locally. I didn't try any of their desserts, but am still thinking about this little round red velvet cake I saw on their display tray. This is a great spot for breakfast or lunch! read more

Ordered a side of bacon, didn't get it, told my server, she said she would bring it, she never did and on top of that I was still charged for it. Also ordered my southwest omelette with pico de gallo, but was served with salsa instead. read more

I really like this place. We went here a few times for family gathering. The restaurant has a set up that just looks like a living room of your grandmas house. The restaurant has a cute home decor shop next to it and it is packed with cute decorations. Food is nice too. read more

Food is on point but what's up with the older miserable hostess with the brown bob? No hello or welcome, and then slam our water glasses down on the table with no "oops" or "sorry", then briskly walk away with a scowl on her face. If she was my employee, she'd be gone. People of color who are treated so poorly often come to one conclusion. read more

Good standard American food, excellent service. Full parking lot, but we were still served quickly

Excellent tasting food in a cozy setting. Nice selection of appetizers and entrees. Everything I've had here has been delicious. Relaxing ambiance. Pleasant service and nice cocktail selection. I was underwhelmed by the Cabernet Sauvignon I recently had (given everything else, I expected better). Overall, highly recommend (as this is a regular spot for me). read more

ALWAYS get the chicken dumpling soup when I visit. Everything else I've had is solid but that is the star. Friendly service.

A great meal for a good price. The only problem is that after soup and a sandwich and some spinach dip... I got the delicious looking dessert. I left stuffed. The service was great. The waitress was very attentive and everything was served hot. I had no complaints. The store is is nice way to spend the time while you wait for a table. read more

Amazing food! So good! I placed a large take out order and all the people in my group loved the food!

From the moment you walk in the door, this place has the brunch feels. Great lunch menu and food. My Black and Bleu Burger was messy and delicious. Daughter's Chicken Pompador earned a first bite reaction of, "This is goooood!" And wife's Turkey Dill was devoured. Only knock is that the server never checked on us after that obligatory "How are the first few bites" check, so she didn't see that our waters had run low. I'd give a 4.5 if I could but since I can't, 4.5 rounds to 5. read more

Nice and Cozy !! I missed breakfast by 15mins but decided to stay for lunch ! The menu has a nice variety ...... The salmon salad was so good !!!!!!! Im a salad lover and I'm sure someone will say all salads taste the same but no this one was sooooo yummy !! The staff was super nice and efficient, the hostess even helped me put my necklace on because my nails were too long ... very random but she had no issue doing so. I've been here multiple times when I'm in town, and it's always been a decent experience, though nothing outstanding. It's a cute little cafe with multiple rooms/areas, and a gift shop to look in while you wait. Parking can be hard to come by, especially during busy times. Their menu isn't terribly extensive, but they have a a decent variety. Service has been a little low on a couple of occasions-water glasses left unfilled, soda refills never brought, but overall it's been decent. On my most recent visit, I ordered the eggs benedict and they weren't cooked well-the eggs were too dense/hard and didn't have a runny yolk like they should. It was still enjoyable, but it was a little 'off.' Otherwise the food is usually pretty good, and prices are decent. It's a good option for a little bit different dining vibe in the Green Bay area. read more

Looking for a nice brunch spot? Grapevine Cafe is quaint and rustic with their interior. I had their hot chocolate and Early Bird. This was two poached eggs and I had sausage patties and white toast. My friend had the Corn beef and hash with poached eggs. First time for poached eggs for both of us. While I enjoyed mine, my friend said he preferred sunny side up over the poached. The menu did seem a bit limited for a breakfast and lunch spot. Don't get me wrong, glad it isn't like a 10 page menu of everything, but think they could bring in more people with a slightly larger selection of fair. Service was very good and timely. It will be a spot to return to. read more

This place is our favorite location for breakfast dates. Wonderful atmosphere with many private alcoves for "private" dining. The entire dining area is somewhat secluded amongst the artwork, furnishings and decor. I would call it "upscale cozy". Service has always been very good, the prices are quite reasonable for the quality, and portion size is ample. The menu is straightforward and relatively simple. This isn't a diner with 10 pages of breakfast items. The offerings are unique spins on traditional meals and are delicious and attractive. While it doesn't stop us from going, I'm not a fan of how the meal is paid for. I've always felt this is something that should done in "seclusion"; placing money or a credit card in the little black folder and handing it to your server. At Grapevine the server brings a credit card machine to the table and does the transaction in front of you. I find this a little off-putting but don't let that stop you from visiting this wonderful place. read more

The most delicious meal I've eaten in a long time. I got the burger.. perfectly cooked and the bun was toasted and buttered and just delectable! They only serve breakfast until 10:45 a.m. so be aware. Kids got the dumpling soup.. claim it's better than my homemade! The pesto salad was outta this world too. The fruit was perfectly ripe. Love this place! They've taken traditional cafe food and put their own delicious twist on it. The only downfall of coming here is the slow service so I only go when I know I have time. And it's not even that the food takes long to get to you. It's the initial service of getting your order taken and then also paying at the end. Not sure if it's a staffing thing or what but it always seems to be an issue when going here. read more

I have taken my family to eat here a few times. We had the best service from Brittany, she has a British accent. The food was okay. I would recommend for breakfast/lunch! read more

On my way home from a difficult doctor's appointment, I decided to treat myself to a nice lunch. I was seated at 2:55 and was stunned when my server, Stacy, said "Just so you know we close at 4!" No hello, no welcome, just wanted me to know she'd like me to leave asap. I didn't even have a chance to look at the menu when she asked if I was ready to order. Half way through eating my sandwich she asked if I'd like anything besides the check! The food was pretty good, but I wasn't able to enjoy it. Never again. read more

So their food is great, the service and atmosphere left a lot to be desired. The hostess, Sharon, was short with us and sat us at a dirty table with used plates. When we asked for a rag to clean it ourselves, she walked off in a huff and didn't come back for several minutes. I went to the restroom and she was busy chatting with a server, meanwhile, my partner is trying to keep my toddler from eating an old piece of toast left in front of him. The whole vibe was off, felt less like a cute breakfast spot and more like an old rustic cabin. I'm honestly surprised there weren't any deer mounts. The only saving grace was our server, Britney. British girl and hilarious. Carried the place for real! read more

I can't say enough good things about this place. I went a long time ago and remembered enjoying it. I'm home for Christmas so my sister and I thought we would take our boyfriends for lunch. The atmosphere was even nicer than I remember. Completely decked out for the holidays with a full coffee bar area. I ordered the Turkey Dill sandwich and a glass of Pinot Grigio. I can't believe the sandwich was only $10! Way less than it would cost in LA! It was literally one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. Whoever thought of dill cream cheese is a genius, and I think sprouts are so under rated. The wine was alright but it was a nice big pour. Our server was nice, had great recommendations, and let us take our time. We had to get dessert and went with the caramel crunch cake. Holy moly it was like the cake version of caramel corn! This is hands down one of my favorite restaurants in the Green Bay Area! read more

Originally a furniture shop, the owner decided to turn the kitchen section into a restaurant. Now decorated with items from the shop, the place makes you feel like you're eating at home. Beautiful decor, nice wait staff, and delicious food. My girlfriend and I both got salads. I also got to try the tasty chicken dumpling soup, very good. My salad was the Apple Harvest Salad. Apple chunks, fresh strawberries, candied walnuts, chicken, and a raspberry vinaigrette dressing. MMmm almost perfect. The only thing I didn't like was the chicken. It could have either been warmed, or just maybe smaller pieces. The big long cold strips were a little unappealing once you bit into it. That's just me though. Overall a very pleasant experience and I'd definitely l go back. Where else can I have a pseudo homecooked meal in the comfort of my pseudo looking dining room. read more

This is a really funny place. Don't get me wrong, the food is pretty good. The funny part is that eating in Grapevine is like dining in an Ethan Allen showroom. Which is not surprising as it is a furniture store too but it is an odd concept--restaurant and furniture store. Everything has a price tag--I mean everything--mirror in bathroom has a price tag. The chair you sit on to wait for a table has a price tag. Next to the price tag tag on the painting you are looking at is an interior designer's phone number. Truly amusing! But good breakfasts--oatmeal, pancakes, eggs, good coffee--in a decidedly funny atmosphere! read more

I can't vouch for the food, because we've never eaten it...We went in in yesterday morning, for the first time ever, for breakfast, were seated and given water, and then forgotten about. I have visited Grapevine Cafe a number of times and have always enjoyed my meal. Today I was enjoying a lovely breakfast with my family. We were done eating and were about to pay our bill and leave as happy customers. When our server came to take away our plates she informed us that we were not allowed to bring in our own non-dairy creamer and that it was against health code and they could get In trouble if I got sick off of my shelf-stable, prepackaged creamer. I asked if they had a non-dairy option and was told no. Is it really worth upsetting a customer? If you aren't going to accommodate dietary needs, you should put that on your front door. read more

My husband and I ate here prior to covid. We liked it then. We decided to go back a few days ago since it's been a long time and they are only open for lunch. When we arrived, took a while for us to be seated. The lady/busser at the front of the restaurant didn't look very pleased when she showed us our table. It was a higher sitting table. We had our 2 year old with us, and asked for a high chair. She brought the high chair and left right away. I tried to explain to her that this table wasn't going to work with the high chair but she just walked away. My husband and I looked at each other confused. Common sense, why would you seat a family with a child in a high chair at a table where it sits higher? Our child was sitting underneath the table. Just didn't make sense to me and very unprofessional. Lucky our waitress was nice enough to move us to a different table. Food was okay but totally ruin the vibe and appetite. Wouldn't be returning. read more

Grapevine is so good!!! I've been there four or five times now and my go-to is the Grapevine Chicken Salad. They don't skimp on the chicken and it tastes great. I've also had the strawberry salad and I love how they load it up with fruit. Some places barely put any on there and it's so frustrating, but not at Grapevine!
