Corned Beef Hash
Eric D.

Walked in around 8:30 on a Sunday morning and was sat immediately. It's called the Black Honey Hashery so I naturally HAD to order the corned beef hash. I got mine with a biscuit as suggested by my server. The corned beef hash is fresh made so it's cubed corned beef and very well season potatoes, not over seasoned but had great flavor. The addition of eggs helps to add something to the dish and I didn't need any extra sauces as can sometimes be the case. My server was attentive and my coffee. Never got too low. The spot is very cozy and when you order a coffee it's all in different mugs which I find very cute.

I love this place. It's always so busy and always great food and even better coffee. Our service was quick and kept our coffee mugs full at all times. My fiancé got the steak breakfast bowl on special and loved it. I got the traditional with one egg, biscuit and bacon. Bonus points for the drive thru.

Cheddar biscuits and gravy

If I was local, I'd be here every Saturday, and maybe some week days too! Fresh squeezed orange juice! I ordered the biscuits and gravy (but everything on the menu sounded good). It was cheddar biscuits, and perfectly seasoned gravy without being overpowered by too much pepper. Over medium eggs cooked perfectly. Strawberry cheesecake waffle was delicious too, and not overly sweet. With real whipped cream. The service was excellent. Friendly, helpful and efficient. I will make a point of returning next time I'm in the area. The desserts looked so good. We should have bought some to go since we later were notified our flight was delayed several hours.

I stopped here for breakfast because I have never done the hotel breakfast ever in my lost count of all the many many hotels in my life because I like to try local spots, even all the hotels including free breakfast with the room. This is why because this is an excellent example of breakfast done above average and I'm a breakfast hound. The place is nothing fancy but it's fresh looking and nice with Halloween stuff everywhere. My server, I forgot her name but the slim blond woman did a great job, she got a 50% tip. I love real corn beef hash so I figured a hashery would have real hash so I ordered a side of corn beef has with a side of sausage patties, I wasn't feeling a complete breakfast with eggs and toast even though I love my toast sandwich's. OMG the corn beef hash looked amazing with big chunks of corn beef and cubed potatoes that were deep fried golden brown separate and mixed together, that's brilliant I thought. The corn beef was tender and moist. The deep fried potato's were awesome with a soft center and crispy outer, just a brilliant way to make corn beef has but no peppers or onions like a traditional hash but outstanding. I'm a breakfast sausage guy at heart and good breakfast sausage is getting hard to find because it's all bland at most places. One look at the sausage patties and you can tell that it's not the average sausage patty because they were thicker and looked juicy. Oh yah they were very good with great flavor and juicy like they looked. What a great breakfast experience and if the rest of the menu is this good it's definitely a gem, why I skip hotel breakfast free or not and why I get into the area and find a breakfast place.

So glad we decided to try this place! The food, the service was seriously amazing! I loved the decor and we got sat next to the window so we got a nice view. The iced coffee was great, I took a pumpkin muffin home and it was to die for!!

The place was very welcoming and the food was delicious. The pancakes were fluffy topped w/ lots of berries! The server was very friendly and genuinely caring not to mention the place was very clean and spotless. We came from Los Angeles California to visit family and my cousin recommended Black Honey Hashtery and let me tell you that my family and I will definitely be back!!!!!!

Absolutely superb breakfast! My two grandsons and I enjoyed a 10-10. Breakfast here. It was unanimous, and we are hard to please breakfast aficionados. From coffee, to food, to service and ambience. I enjoyed the Tailgator Scramble. Eggs, polish sausage, bacon, corned beef and cheddar cheese. The grands had French toast, salad, and yogurt parfait. If I were in town another day I'd go there again and again! Go!

Great brunch spot in de pere! We had a little wait but it was only about 15-20 minutes. The server was very kind and the food was simple and delicious! The pancakes were perfect and the fruit I requested on the side was very fresh! Side of potatoes were great as well! My dad got an omelette and enjoyed it!

Super friendly waitress! Food wasn't delicious. According to my picky mother it was the best gluten free waffle in the whole world!

I love that they offer a small portion option of Eggs Benedict for seniors and junior. The Eggs Benedict was excellent.

Order and pay at the counter and they bring your food to you, the food is made to order so it takes a little longer but it's so worth it. They are apparently known for their waffles so being gluten free I was a little nervous about finding something I could eat. I was pleasantly surprised at the number of gluten free options, including waffles (which are delicious by the way). My friend and I both had the green eggs and bacon, which is two eggs over easy on a gluten free waffle, a bed of greens, bacon and avocado, delicious. The portion sizes are perfect, enough to feel satisfied but not a ridiculous amount so you can't finish. Now let's talk about the coffee, you have your standard selections and then you have some amazing speciality drinks. I had the cranberry chai latte with Oatmilk, choice of hot or iced, I had iced because I don't know how well this would have translated hot. I will definitely be back and highly recommend!

It wasn't possible to get help or Exchange for anything because there is only one person doing orders and therefore a long line. So we left. I looked up and found that Matcha can be fishy when it is low quality or if it has oxidized. I sent an email to the Exchange that day and gave them the whole week to reply. Crickets! Nothing. Guess they don't care.

Since this was our first visit, we went inside to order, and every staff member went above and beyond to help us understand their coffee and pastry options. They explained how their drinks have more of a true coffee flavor and helped me customize mine by reducing the number of espresso shots to achieve the lighter, sweeter, fluffier taste I prefer. I ended up with a medium seasonal drink featuring brown sugar and caramel, made with just one shot of espresso which was delicious. The scones were the best I've had. We tried the lemon, java chip, and pumpkin flavors, along with a pecan roll. The lemon and java chip were our personal favorites. You can tell this place is a local gem--while waiting in line, regulars shared their top picks, and the lemon blueberry scone was a top recommendation. The interior is just for ordering, but there are outdoor tables available. Most customers seem to use the drive-thru, which keeps things moving smoothly. We're looking forward to our next visit to the Green Bay area to try more flavors.
