I had the smokehouse breakfast platter which me personally would never do BBQ for breakfast but man was I wrong. The people that work at the place seems like a family that brought all their friends on board which made for a great experience. The food was much better than what I had expected. The ambience is older school diner, but the food is great! I ordered what was probably the best French toast of my life with strawberries. My partner ordered an omelette, which he enjoyed and said the consistency was really good (not a fan of runny or dry). We were also pleased with the prices, and the immediate seating on a busy weekend morning. We had previously been quoted 1-2hr wait times at other local restaurants. It's your typical diner atmosphere with super friendly staff, rotating specials, and a tasty selection of sweet treats. It doesn't have anything fancy but it doesn't need it. Farmers Feed is a must. During the week you can usually ask for any of the ingredients to be taken out but on the weekend it's their normal mix with mushrooms, onions, sausage, bacon and cheese. Wow! As a foodie you would think what can be special about a three egg breakfast, but my breakfast was fantastic! I ordered the "Big Mans Breakfast" which had three FARM FRESH EGGS, two meats which were a slice of ham and a polish sausage link sliced in half and grilled with a crust, american potatoes with cheese and onions, and rye toast that was made here at the bakery. Along with all this my table of four, split a whole order of biscuits and gravy which were the best I've ever had( I've had many).
