Turkey panini....not as expected
Lisa T.

We were in Green Bay and looking for a breakfast place. We stopped at Farmacy on a Friday around 10:00. It isn't a full service restaurant;; it's a place where you order and pay up at the counter. They don't have a huge menu, and everything is posted up on the walls. There is also a refrigerated section with some premade items. Everything is made fresh to order, and all the options are very healthy. I ordered the turkey panini. I was as expecting a golden-colored pressed sandwich with melted cheese. It was just lightly toasted, and the turkey and cheese were still cold. I had the potatoes as a side and they had very little flavor at all. (Not really impressed.). I also had a white chocolate raspberry latte with oat milk. It was good, but not as delicious as it sounded. My husband had a breakfast bowl with rice, eggs, salsa, and avocado. He said his was really good, although he would have preferred sliced fresh avocado instead of a puree. My daughter had a blueberry smoothie and she said it was pretty good. Her boyfriend had the turkey BLT. He said the sandwich was good, but his potatoes were really bland too. He added a lot of hot sauce to them. It's a cute little place in a strip mall. There is very limited seating, but they seemed to be doing a lot of carry out on the day we were there. I think Farmacy is a good option if you are eating very healthy, but it's not the place for a big traditional hearty breakfast.

I am big enough to admit that I was overwhelmed with the menu when I walked in. I did not think there was any breakfast items but I was wrong. There is an item called "The Breakfast" and you can have it pretty much any way you want. I tried out the duck eggs and bacon on a sandwich and it was clean, simple and hit the spot. However I will say the standout almost without question was the latte. I got the seasonal latte and it was really good. The service was great and everyone here is super friendly. It is a cute little place that can easily be overlooked but stop in for a nice cup of coffee. If I ever come back I would try one of their smoothies or bowls.

I went to the farmacy located on 2515 W Mason St in Greenbay, WI while visiting Wisconsin this past week. For drinks we had their "Dreaming of Hawaii" smoothie which had pineapple, mango, banana, coconut and blue spirulina 7/10. This was sweet and I loved the blue swirl from the blue spirulina in this! We also got the classic chai latte 7/10 (probably should have added honey to mine-dont be like me!) Next time, I would have loved to try the "Chunky Monkey" smoothie which had banana, peanut butter, cocoa, maca, dates and almonds. Smoothies are just good for the soul sometimes! For food we had the chicken pesto pasta bowl which had chickpea pasta, arugula, pine nuts, lemon, kale, red onion and roasted garlic sauce. This was very tasty and I loved how everything harmonized 8/10. We got the hummus snack plate which had house made hummus, carrot sticks and pickled red onion. This was not our favorite as the hummus was a tad watery but still a great sharable plate 5/10. Finally, the most surprising dish we liked was the liverwurst hash which had liverwurst, bacon, potato, kale, peppers and onion. I don't remember the last time I had liverwurst but this tasted really good (reminded me of beef don't be afraid to try!). I can see how this would be very filling as a full meal 9/10. If you are seeking some healthy options in Greenbay (you know you can't have cheese curds/kringles all day long lol) check out this spot! Food: 8/10 Affordability: 8/10 Ambiance: 7/10

We discovered the Farmacy while passing through Green Bay last week and it was such a delicious, healthy option for a quick bite to eat! They are gluten free and have a number of customizable options. You can dine in or get it to go. We ate on their small outdoor patio. I got a Caesar salad, which is one of my favorite foods, and it was one of the best I've had!!! They also offer meal prep options that you can order ahead for easy, nutritious meals during the week. It's nice to find a quick, healthy option while on the go so if I ever travel through the area again I'll definitely stop.

What a cute place! There isn't a large dining area, and I noticed a lot of customers running in for to-go orders. You can tell everyone that works there loves it as there were many hugs shared. I loved the gluten free bread, didn't taste like cardboard, and the sausage was delicious- seasoned great. I love the clean food and caring for our planet, what a great concept.

I like this place. I also think 4.5 stars is a good rating; however, since the people at Yelp don't…read morebelieve in half stars, I'll round up. Looking like a neighborhood bar, albeit one with a Star Wars theme (if you are into that sort of thing), this place came highly recommended. I got there just before it got packed. I was promptly greeted, grabbed a seat at the bar and soon had a drink in front of me (full bar). Several things looked good both on the menu and in the kitchen (which is open for viewing). I ordered a cheesesteak (when in Rome) and an order of cheese curds. Both came well prepared and hot. The curds were great. Definitely enough in an order for two. The sandwich was packed and tasted fantastic. Leaving, I definitely was full. Would I go back? Definitely! I've already told some friends and the experience and have encouraged them to check it out.

The food cheesesteaks were incredible! Personal preference we didn't like the pickle fries. I think…read morepickle cheese egg rolls is more accurate a description. For me, not enough pickle, too much cheese and wonton. I do think the wasabi ranch was special though. Fries were great hot, but got cold quickly. Service is where it lost a star. They did their best, totally absolutely. And also, it took us 2 hours for dinner. We put our name on the list at 6:24pm. Because of limited space we waited in the car. We're quoted 45-60 mins. Came back in around 7:15/7:20 and they said oh good, next table is yours! Then proceeded to seat 3 large party tables. We got bar seating. Which is fine. Except then the party food went in. We didn't get our food until closer to 8pm. We ordered the pickle fries as an appetizer and there was quite a dramatic wait between app and entree. All in all, the food was worth it. But avoid the Saturday night before an NFL game at 6:30pm for dinner, imo

Attended a corporate function in the private party room (towards back of restaurant). Hinterland is…read morethe type of place where you can be super casual but also enjoy a more elevated dining experience. The main dining room can get very loud on busy nights so I appreciated the more closed off space for a large dinner event. The caveat being we received spotty service - for example, water pitchers were set in the corner and you had to get up to pour your own water. At minimum, it would've been better to just leave pitchers on the table directly for faster access. Food was hit or miss. While we loved the appetizers, half of our table found their main entrees to be MEH. For example, my halibut arrived warm but the curry was room temperature. My colleague said her burger was one of the worst she's had. My other colleague said his steak was mediocre. People who ordered pizza loved it. An unfortunate mixed bag given the lively environment and nice ambiance. I'd come back again to give it another try because the menu rotates enough where I'm sure I'll land on some better food options next time.

Honestly. I try to visit Hinterland each time I visit. Every time I enjoy a meal and a brew and am…read morenever disappointed. Usually breweries are good at brewing beer OR making food. It's a rare find when they crush both! This ragu was made with homemade bucatini (love this pasta) and the pasta has a lovely chewiness to it that makes it the ultimate comfort food. The sauce is complex (definitely not canned sauce) and has a wonderful range of flavors with a hint of heat but absolutely delicious. I am dining alone but you could easily share this especially if you order a salad to share. I love this place and they never disappoint. Servers are exceptionally attentive and I always leave satisfied with my life choices.
