BE VERY CAREFUL PLACING DELIVERY ORDERS! Tried placing a delivery order for 40$ today, the order was placed and they took the money out of my account...only to immediately cancel it and tell me I can get the money back in 3 days. I called chick-fil-a support and they pointed a finger at DoorDash, I called DoorDash and they pointed a finger at the store for canceling the order. So I called the store and no one could take responsibility and be the bigger person. If it was my last 40$ I'd be really screwed. Chick-fil-a is losing a signature one member. Someone on your side should have made this right with the 4 times I had to call to try and figure this out and all that happened was finger pointing. Sad. read more

I was very eco to come to my favorite restaurant after a long day the people where nice but the first time they meeded up my order and gave me the wrong thing. Incredible customer service. The drive-thru moves so fast. They really got a great system down. Rain or shine, those kids are always out there taking orders with smiles on their faces! My only "complaints" are... - Cold fries. Considering how busy they usually are, the "fries" are rarely hot. I haven't tried asking for fresh fries, but it might be necessary at this point. (Always such an embarrassing request, because fries should ALWAYS be hot.) - Wrong order. My order has been messed up more than once. One time I got the chicken sandwich and it had absolutely nothing on it?! I was too hungry and exhausted to wait in the drive-thru again. Aside from those two things, I love the food and service. Finally one has opened less than 30 min from home. The food was like any other Chick-fil-A....awesome. This location has been open less than a week. Cars were wrapped around the building and so were the people waiting to eat inside. We expected to wait more than an hour and got our food in 50 min. Kate (the manager) needs more training. Apparently the evening staff can't put creamer in coffee but the morning staff can (And to make matters worthy of writing a review, the coffee was cold). Let's face it. It's not about the coffee as much as this is about customer service. Unfortunately for Kate, I'm not a tool and will not tolerate passive aggressive behavior. Unfortunately for Kate, I will follow through and contact the morning manager and corporate. A description of Kate if anyone else has any issues--Kate has long brown hair and is Caucasian. About 5'5 in height and medium build. FOR all other staff, I've enjoyed our morning conversations. Careful of undercooked chicken here. You will get half full fries and you will not get the correct sauces. This place is a powerhouse, it cranks out food that is always half cooked, always half full, and always wrong. This location is the epitome that McDonald's used to be. This place should be a has-been, it's sad to see it thriving. The franchisee does not give a crap about customer satisfaction and will hide from you and ignore you. He is also a very rude person who only seems to be competent when it comes to taking money out of your pocket and putting it in his. Terrible way to run a business, I will never support this location again. I was so happy when this place opened up, where I grew up there were Chick-fil-A's all over. I've been to a ton of Chick-fil-A all over the country and been pleased with every single one. This location is however a different story. Not the same experience you'll get at all the others. Customer service is below par for chick-fil-a, asked a manager if she could look into something and never returned, while I waited for my to go order 20+ minutes. Mobile app doesn't work. They intentionally have the phone off so you can't place call in orders. Don't offer lunch before 1030, every other location does. Don't offer fries well done, every other location does. No cheese sauce. This location is a let down. The owner and management get two thumbs down. Go to Popeyes across the street or chick fil a anywhere else. read more

This is by far the best chicken I have ever had! This restaurant is always so clean, and the staff is always so nice and respectful. All of the food is amazing and tastes great. With the Safer at Home order in effect this restaurant has been so organized! It is incredible how they are operating their drive thru during everything that is going on. It's CFA, what's not to love! We came here during the lunch hour on a Monday and as could be expected, the line inside was long - I'm talking like 20 people long. The drive through also had probably close to 30 cars in it. Needless to say, if your only goal is to grab whatever fast food option will be the fastest, this is not that. Not during a weekday lunch hour, at least. However, as usual, CFA was worth the wait. I got my usual chicken nuggets and fries with CFA sauce and Polynesian sauce. Hits the spot every time. My only qualm with this experience was that the chicken could have been hotter (it was really warm but definitely not HOT), and the fries could have been done more (pretty limp when I like mine erring on the burnt side). There were two bites of two separate chicken nuggets that I had to spit out because they were either way too tough or way too chewy. It was clean and the employees were clearing tables nonstop. The staff was friendly and pleasant as they are 99% of the time at any CFA. I've been to literally close to probably 50 different CFAs and this one is par for the course; not five star dining but definitely the best true fast food meal you can find.
