You clean up your table (throw away trash and put away dishes). They have a self serve water station. I highly recommend sitting as far from the doors during winter as possible. They have two doors with no vestibule between the outdoors and the dining area. It is freezing in here. Service: They brought the food promptly and took our orders correctly. Food: The flavor was good but my hot sandwich was served luke-warm at best. Be careful which type of bread you order, based on the bread type you select for your sandwich determines your sandwich size. I ordered a sandwich that was the same price as the person I was dining with, but it was much smaller in size because I ordered a different bread. We love Cafe Nutrition!! Every time I'm in the area I will usually end up eating here at some point. Their menu is simple with classic options you would expect to find at a cafe type location. Everything I've ordered has always been super fresh and delicious. My absolute favorite item on their menu is their Chipotle Ranch Chicken Bowl. The chipotle sauce they use has something in it that just keeps me coming back. They also have a wide variety of sandwiches, wraps, and salads with plenty of bread and cheese options that allow you to customize things to your liking. I feel like I have to dock a star for their weird hours and slow service at times. Their hours on their website are deceiving. Instead staying open to 7pm most nights like shown on their website, they are actually only open till 4. (Hours are still incorrect on their website as of writing this review, but updated on Google). This can be inconvenient for those wanting to stop by to grab dinner after work. Also, this place is packed every second it is open! Their indoor dining area is pretty large with plenty of seating but it seems to be overflowing every time we stop by. We've also waited up to 30 min for our food before. I would definitely recommend calling in your order ahead of time and grabbing it for take out! Chances of finding a place to sit and enjoy your meal are low and chances of waiting a long time for food are high. I waited in line for over 15 minutes behind someone and then another five minutes when I got to the window nobody came to the window. I sat there and watched at least three groups of people get waited on inside and nobody came to the drive-through window. Amazing!!! My boyfriend has been telling about this place for over a year. He says they have the best Cuban sandwich he has ever had. Well, he got to eat his delicious Cuban and I got the artichoke melt and added chicken breast. Absolutely phenomenal! One of the best tasting sandwiches I've had in a long time. Stopped by for a quick lunch. Very pleasant lady took my order and helped navigate the menu. Went with the portabella pesto sandwich with a side of chips and a drink. I accidentally happened upon this little soup and sandwich joint near my work I must have passed it a million times without knowing what it was. Coffee, teas, soups, wraps, sandwiches and rice bowls. I am currently eating a Thai chicken rice bowl and it is fantastic. It came with egg avocado carrot and lime. Perfect lunch portion. The iced Americano was great, a tad bitter but iced drinks can get that way. I really want to give this place a great review as it's a local business in my neighborhood. However, I've been there several times recently and had wait times of greater than 30-40 minutes with very few people in the cafe. On the first occasion, I stopped by during lunch for a sandwich. I waited over 30 minutes with only 2 groups of 2 in front of me. While I waited, they brought out 4 sandwiches/salads to the 4 people at various times. Those were the only things that came out of the kitchen during my wait. The second time, I went with my daughter for dinner as she was excited to try the cafe. There were 2 groups already seated in front of us with 2-3 people in each group. We waited 40 minutes for our 2 sandwiches to be delivered to our table. Yesterday, I called before I left the house to pick up a breakfast sandwich on the way to work. I placed my order over the phone and said that I'd be there in 5-10 minutes. The woman on the phone said that they'd need 20-25 minutes. I cancelled my order as I didn't have that much time to wait. Their food is very good and made-to-order. Stopped in Cafe Nutrition because Subway's line was almost out the door. I ordered a club sandwich and even though I waited almost twenty minutes for the sandwich, after taking one bite while walking to my car, I knew I had found a new favorite place. It was a delicious take on a club sandwich! It was hot, the multi-grain bread was truly multi-grain and tasted like it was made that morning, and the tangy sauce just made for a great sandwich. I do not live in this area but I have stopped by a few times while visiting and I can say that this place gets it right for me every time. A little on the pricier side but the food is worth it and the smoothies are pretty good as well. I did not have to wait long at all; the average wait time for me was maybe 10 minutes with food and 5 minutes with a smoothie. The environment itself is very clean and nice to sit in too.
