The restaurant is comfortable with spacious booths and tables spread nicely through several dining areas. The service has always been solid and the food has been tasty and reasonably priced. Today, I had breakfast with a friend. We were seated promptly and received our coffees (and a carafe) shortly after. The menu isn't as huge as some breakfast places but offers something for everyone. You can also get lunch starting at 10 AM. I've had their breakfast buffet (check for hours), their cinnamon rolls and several breakfast items. They have always been appropriately prepared. Today, I had their eggs Benedict. The hashbrowns accompanying the meal were fantastic. The flavor was good; however, my eggs were harder than requested. My friend had the kielbasa/sausage, which looked good too. Our server was attentive and helpful. If you are in the area, this is a tried and true restaurant!

Not only the amount of food, but more importantly is the quality of the food, freshness, and excellent preparation that makes this my very best and only breakfast location. Try the cold strawberry soup, it's pleasantly unique and delicious. Their tuna is solid, not the best around but reliably good and always a good value. We arrived and open to door to a JAM PACKED BAR, we were not so sure at the beginning of this was the place. But one of the ladies followed us out and convinced us to stay. All of the staff is very friendly and they really have service down to a science. They take your order at the bar, and seat you and bring you your food when it's ready. Or closer to being ready. So that they don't clog up tables with people just waiting. Our server Brittany was AMAZING. Very kind, quick, and every time you asked for something she brought it right away, never missed anything or forgot anything. The restaurant dining area is smaller and cozy, but they are trying those tables as fast as they can. And the food is outstanding, great flavor. And large portions, you get a lot of extras too. Like the fritters which are kinda like a sugar doughnut. Would definitely recommend this place.

Since I was back in the area for few days, I decided to go back to SAP as it's one of the few…read moreplaces in town that is farm to table. My experience this time around was a little bit more of a let down hence why I had to take one star off. When I went few months ago, I had burnt coffee which I chalked it up as a one time error. But it happened again with this visit, so that told me they don't really pay much attention to their coffee yet they have a whole menu dedicated to coffee. I also made a reservation on a Sunday knowing it fills up quick and that it might be hard to get a table, however, it was an hour and half before they close which means they tend to slow down around that time. Also, when making a reservation, it'll ask you if you want bar, dining area or patio. I chose dining area. Yet they called me an half hour before to see if I wanted to sit at the bar, which I told them twice in person I do not want to, and as a result the hostess gave me the annoyed/judgmental look down when I wasn't looking. As someone who has owned a family restaurant business for 30 years, that's a big no-no in terms of customer service. It's just rude and unnecessary. Also, they kind of really try to get customers out by 2, which is when they close. By standard at most restaurants, they need an extra hour after closing for customers to take their time with their meals rather than rushing through it, especially if you will sit them 20 minutes before closing time. I felt rushed, and I don't like that feeling at a place I'm trying to enjoy my meal. Would I come back here? Absolutely yes because their food is really the best for brunch in the area and it's cleaner. It just shouldn't be an excuse with certain things like what I mentioned above. P.S. if chicken and waffles happens to be one of the specials, get it. It's by far the best dish I've ever tried there and also my top 3 chicken & waffles that I've tried anywhere. SO GOOD!
