I have visited this establishment several times and I have always been greeted and have had pleasant interactions on almost every occasion. I find the service to be just as quick as any other local establishments. Using their app gives you great deals and coupons to use on your orders. As for the food, I have rarely had missteps or missing items. I also check my order prior to leaving because I live 2 hours from this location. So, if you're having to drive back that's on you for not checking first. I like that I'm able to get a mixture of both original and spicy chicken tenders. I am a huge fan of their Blackened Ranch, so I have to make sure I have it every time I go there. First off, they forgot to send the chicken tenders we ordered, so my fiancé had to drive 20 minutes back to pick it up. Both of our meals were highly disappointing. The chicken was dry, old, and hard. The fries were old and cold. The Mac and Cheese, was cold, and just one giant blob. Even our iced drinks were warm. For how pricey they are for a fast food restaurant, I expected the food to at least be edible! We threw almost everything in the garbage. The staff were rude and not apologetic for their mistakes. Ok. I love Popeyes chicken. This review is solely based on this particular Popeyes and not on the food. I bought THE sandwich. You know, the one that people got stabbed over. The one that came back just to compete with the other popular sandwich. Yeah, well as you'd expect - it's delicious. No surprise there. Ours was served less than 5 minutes. I'm impressed. This establishment is a lot smaller than other Popeyes I've been to. We went on a Sunday. Big mistake. The drive thru had a line of 10 cars and the parking lot was full. We parked at the nearby business parking lot and walked in. They had two registers going, thank goodness. My cashier had attitude when I have her my order. She rushed the people in front of me, so she's the problem. She charged me $8 for a 4 piece chicken order when their windows plastered the $5 for 4 piece special. She corrected my order but rolled her eyes the entire time. Such a rude little girl. I visited this Popeye's twice within the first week of opening, and yes, I did get the Spicy Chicken Sandwich (along with the regular fried chicken). Y'all. The hype is real. Let me tell you, it was worth the 1+ hour wait BOTH TIMES. The people who work I encountered were so kind and polite, even with the throngs of people queuing for their first tastes of Popeye's fried chicken. After I got home with the order and looked at the order, it was dried skin on bones with sauce. I contacted the restaurant. The first person was distracted and having a different conversation with somebody else. The manager got on the phone. I explained the situation he said bring it back but when I told him I live 30 minutes away, he hung up the phone. I would Have gotten more satisfaction spending the $26 on lottery tickets. This review is for every popoyes I've tried. I've had a similar experience in different states (NV, IL, GA, WI). Pros: Their food is delicious. The chicken is always cooked right, juicy and crispy. Mild or spicy, both recipes are great. Their sides are also great, I recommend their fries and the beans and rice. We don't eat fast food very often but recently we tried their chicken sandwich. We tried the classic and the spicy chicken sandwich and we loooooove them both. Perfectly cooked, big piece of juicy crispy chicken breast beautifully seasoned with mayo and pickles in a brioche bun. Since we tried the sandwich about two months ago we've been back for it about 4 times lol. We ask for extra pickles and I really think that's the absolute perfect fried chicken sandwich. Cons: If you show up during busy hours you can easily wait 40 minutes for your food. It's totally worth it and you can't really fry chicken in 5 minutes and still have it be fresh and juicy, so I'm ok with a bit of a wait. They tend to forget items so make sure you ask for napkins, forks or whatever you need. Most of the time they give you just the food. And lots of times they get the orders (specially the sides) messed up so I advise checking your order before you leave. I definitely recommend it as a fast food option. read more

It's Popeyes!! I went here on a Sunday at 3:30 and it was packed. I waited in line to order plus another 20+ min to get my food. I got the 2 piece chicken, chicken tenders, and the sandwich. All of the food was delicious. I wouldn't complain about the food or the service. The staff were all working and it was busy. I will say that you can tell that this small store is taking a beating already with how busy it is. Also all of the tables needed to be wiped down. It isn't the chicken place down the road so don't expect too much. Last thing I don't love it the one stall bathrooms. If your going to put that in at least put a sink outside the restroom so people can wash their hands. This just annoys me some. read more

Couldn't understand, lady talking through the mic, she sounded annoyed at our order. Food took a decent bit coming out, got our order wrong, called the business after getting home, their phone number wasn't correct, but the person who picked up did give me the right number (it's crazy this is a normal not corrected issue) after calling the right number to see if I could pick up my missing food, no one answered and the voicemail said they will get back to me within 24 hours and to leave my number and name and reason for calling just for the automatic voicemail to tell me the mailbox is full and I can't leave a voicemail. Waiting is not my thing. Food is generally not worth the wait. We went to Popeye's at 1:00 pm on Friday, but still had to wait 30+ minutes. The restaurant is efficient, but the demand is just that great. The wait was worth it. The cashier is always polite and smiling. The back work hard, and push things through. Even the people cleaning the tables are polite and efficient. The staff just seem to like working here. They don't slack off. Not even the guy outside directing traffic. Expect to wait when you get here, but the food is worth. My husband loved the chicken burger, while I was happy with the shrimp. The cinnamon apple pie was a steal at a $1. I'm not a huge fan of fast food but had to try the chicken. Had a spicy chicken sandwich with the rice. Wow, it exceeded my expectations! I love spicy food and the spicy mayo on the spicy chicken was perfect. Great breading, the brioche bun is yummy but the kicker for me. Those darn pickles!!! The lady taking orders was legit rolling her eyes when someone said he got the wrong sandwich, very rude when she took my order and everyone else's. Totally looked like she didn't want to be there and was annoyed. I was in there for 15 minutes waiting on popcorn shrimp then she tells the cooks to make it. Really now I'm here another 5 minutes. The 20 minutes I was in there 3 people had wrong orders and let me tell you, her face showed how irritated she was. The spicy chicken sandwich is bomb. The line moves at a decent pace, sometimes slow, depending on the time of day/night. I don't pay attention to the customer service because the food is so tasty.
