This is my third time to any Chipotle ever. I'm a frequent at Qdoba. Everyone says "They're the same." But I have a different opinion. I'm not a loyal customer to either. I've been to Qdoba more often because it's more accessible in my area. This is a review solely regarding this specific Chipotle. We walked into a packed house on a Saturday afternoon. All walks of life came through. The servers were young men in their early to mid-20's. They rushed my husband and I along the line. I should have just down loaded their app and ordered from there, I thought to myself. I'm not a regular and it showed. They charged us extra for queso cheese and mashed avocado, something Qdoba doesn't. A little disappointing. I grabbed two cups for water and went on my way. We ate in. Our table was messy. It had pieces of rice and other crumbs on it. We were in for about 20 minutes. I didn't see anyone come out to wipe down the tables or some light cleaning. Our food was ok. I thought the chicken was well-seasoned but the sauces were a tad on the bland side. Overall the bites I had with the combination of rice, beans, corn, cheese, and protein were satisfying. The trash cans were overfilling. All three in the front. The parking was so limited. I was thankful we found a spot. The establishment was in a good location. I came here due to a slammed day of meetings and I hadn't had time the night before to run to the store so I could make a lunch. It was my first visit to a Chipotle, ever, and I have been back since. Service: The staff was really organized for the volume of customers that were here each time. All of the food was stocked and ready to go, each visit we were in and out in less than 5 minutes which is fantastic. Atmosphere: They have a tiny little outside patio which is great for sunny weather. The inside has a lot of seating and was very clean. Food: Fresh and fast. I'm not a fan of fast food, I maybe eat fast food 4 times a year or less, but this is a GREAT healthy option of fresh ingredients and I can't complain about the price-to-quality one bit. read more

Our experience at this Chipotle has always been exceptional but the employees went above and beyond this time. I had ordered food for myself but my fiancé had ordered an online exclusive and had to wait a bit. Soon after we realized we ordered it from the other side of town. We thought it was a long shot but we asked if there was a way we could ask to cancel it and have it prepared here. Even better they offered the meal we had ordered for free we were surprised as this never happens to us. They must teach something different about servings at this location because you never get your moneys worth. I have never gone to a chipotle and been shorted so many times. Between ordering double protein and getting less than a normal serving or adding guac and barely getting a half spoon. This place is just terrible about that. And not to mention you could order the same meal 5 times and pay 5 different amounts. Absolutely no sense to it at all. Instead of paying extra for half the food just drive to the calumet location if you really want chipotle. Do not, I repeat do not waste you time, money, nor gastrointestinal system to eat at this or any other Chipotle facility. The food served to me was garbage. I got the CARNE ASADA steak burrito and with the limited amount of steak only half was edible. The other half was gristly and fatty, to the point where I spit it out into my gourmet paper lined red plastic "holder?". My wife and I thought we would stop in to eat something after our meeting. But, sometimes you want something fast for nutrients and sometimes you are willing to spend the extra time to be served. The time that was supposed to be saved at Chipotle ultimately cost more time on the s.i.er. I order from this Chipotle almost weekly - however it seems lately their chips (which I order several bags of at one trip because I love them so much) have lost a lot of lime and salt in the last two months of them making them. The food here for my first time trying it was so bland and even with the sauces and queso was still flavorless. I got the bowl with brown rice, chicken, cheese, queso, lettuce, beans, and a side tortilla (for a makeshift burrito). There was little flavor, the chicken was tough, the tortilla was tough, and the lettuce was wilting. Worst food I've ever tasted. Go to Qdoba, the chicken has flavor there. read more

I'm not really sure what's not to like, it's Chipotle. In my experience, the food and service has always been consistent. I have been here several times and have not had a bad experience. I wish WI had the same amount of Chipotle's as they do of that gross Q place...what's it called...oh yeah, Qdoba. Yuck! My go to is a sofritas bowl with brown rice, pinto beans, lettuce, pico, corn and hot salsa. Can't really go wrong there. As far as chipotle's go this one was decent and efficient. I am scared to order for delivery anymore as my order always get messed up so I prefer to go in person. The staff was quick and friendly. My bowl was overflowing just the way I like it and the chips crisp. We ate inside and the store was clean and plenty of space to sit. I like the new beverage options they offer. But I really feel like lately the cleanliness and quality of the food has gone down at this location in particular. I arrived just after 1 pm this afternoon, craving a chicken burrito bowl. I ordered the way I usually do, and when I went to sit down, all the available tables were dirty. Garbage on the floor, I know lunch was winding down but come on. So I wiped my own table, and I shouldn't have to do that... and started eating. I *was* enjoying every bite, until about half way. I find, a curly black hair!!!! Right where I was about to eat. My stomach turned, got a manager and got my money back. What's worse is that there was probably MORE hairs that I didn't even see! There was a gentleman in back, cooking meats/rice in plain view with a long black beard. No facial hair net protection to be found. Isn't this against health code? I was absolutely disgusted. I would have given this pit a 0 stars if it let me. The food was great, but what ruined this was the rude and snotty girl who made my food. Keep in mind, this was my first experience with Chipotle and I went on reccomendation of friends. I was picking up lunch for a co-worker and myself. I wanted a steak burrito and she wanted carnitas. I made my order and the girl proceeded to make a veggie burrito. I politely told her I did not order a veggie burrito to which she hits me with a rude look and says, "Yes you did!" Now I'm a little perturbed, but keeping my positive composure. I reiterated that I was certain of what I ordered and restated my order. She then let's out a huff of disgust and makes what I ordered while giving me a look like I lied to her and she was doing ME some kind of favor. I think not. I later called the store and asked for a manager. Guess who got on the phone? Yep, rude, snotty, and blonde. Who proceeded to tell me she remembered me and that I was lying about my order and she remade it just to move things along. Part of eating out is the staff and how you are treated. I will never step foot in this rat trap unless it's to share some warmth courtesy of a molotov cocktail. If you don't mind exceedingly rude, the food is good, but if you want to be treated like a good patron, go to Qdoba instead of this dive. read more

As myself and my boyfriend walked in, the cashier yelled across the store at my boyfriend to put a mask on. Without asking or considering if he had health conditions or a reason not to wear it, she literally yelled across the store. Following that, the entire time we were in line, it was PACKED with people literally less than inches away from each other. The seating area was closed, we were required to wear masks, but can stand literally touching each other? We got up to the cashier and mentioned that she should enforce 6 ft social distancing and she literally had nothing to say back. She then handed us our food without gloves on. If your employees need to power trip by yelling across the store instead of asking us within a reasonable distance or asking why he wasn't wearing a mask, they need some training on customer service and compassion. I have eaten at many Chipotle...This one stands out! Why? I have had very good food at all of them but this one takes the cake for service! I give it 5 stars because if they all have good food then the service makes this one As good as it gets (for Chipotle) I was greeted with excitement and then they proceeded to sample meets and make suggestions and attempt to make small talk about where we were all from and where we were all going... A giant burrito has become a craving every once in a while since the trend arrived in the area and Chipotle is my place to go whenever that happens. The food is good and the service is decent. Just don't ask for the "hidden" menu item: Quesarito. It's essentially a burrito with melted cheese and it's mighty delicious but they will look at you like you're stupid and complain the whole time they're making it. Especially the blonde, yikes. I was a little worried after reading some of the reviews, but I'm happy to report that my experience at Chipotle was a good one. Plenty of people behind the counter, actually working, and aside from the guy in front of us who was painfully doing two separate orders, we got through the line with Chipotle's usual efficiency and a reasonable dose of "Wisconsin nice." No salt shakers -- the boyfriend asked and reported that apparently they get stolen -- but they were happy to get him some salt. At 2pm, the tables were clean and someone was going around sweeping and re-setting the drink area, which had some nice big slices of lemons and limes. I normally don't go to Chipotle, I'm a Qdoba kinda guy. I was in town on an overnight and a burrito sounded good. I stopped in around 7pm, and found the place booming. Families were there and the place still was alive. I figured that the food would be leftovers and the place would be empty, but i was surprised. The staff greeted me and seemed excited to make my meal. The food was fresh and the portion was huge. I will definitely stop in next time, im in town. read more

This was the worst Chipotle I've ever been to as far as serving size. A chicken bowl to go is my standby as they all should be about the same right? With maybe 8 little pieces of chicken. Half a scoop of rice. A little beans. Few leafs of lettuce. Wow way to go all out. And I wasn't here at closing time or when it was busy or any other reason they could have to underserve portions.
