They had amazing customer service when i went there with my grand kids last weekend! I was really impressed

I have came here a lot and never had any problems, however today was genuinely the worst experience I have ever had anywhere. I was with my friend and we both ordered inside. Everything was good, I asked for extra guac and he put extra guac, then when my friend asked for the same on his bowl, he said it would be more money. He said never-mind. I was not even aware extra guac was an extra cost because I've gotten it so many times and not gotten charged. Then, my friend went up and asked how much extra guac would be, the guy put it in a large and said it would be almost $3 and my friend said never mind. Then some guy in a purple shirt, with the name of Alphonso or something like that, went up to him and said "Go to Chipotle if you want extra guac then" and proceeded to tell him off. I didn't know about this until we were almost done eating, my friend told me and I was appalled that that was his reaction. Who tells off a customer for changing their mind after hearing the price, then tells us to go to their competitor? I then waited until the line of customers was empty and asked to speak to a manager. I spoke with a guy in a black shirt and said that I was upset with an associates reaction for asking for extra guac. Again, I wasn't even aware it was an up charge.... And I was totally willing to pay for the up charge. Then the guys in purple, who made the disrespectful comment walked up to me while I was having my conversation with the manager. I told him I was upset with how disrespectful he was to my friend. He then told me to "Get out of here" and how we are "Not welcome" because I voiced my concern with how he was talking to customers. He then claimed to be the "General Manager". I clearly told him that I am not looking to get anything, and said I'm more than willing to pay for extra guac, I was just appalled on how he spoke to us. He then told me I need to leave or he is calling the Police. Not even kidding, I said "You're going to call the Police because I am telling you that how you spoke to use wasn't okay?" I said okay, what's your name? He said it twice very softly and I couldn't hear him. I asked if he could spell it because I couldn't hear him and he said no, "Get out". We then walked out of the store and were getting into my vehicle. He then proceeded to walk out of the store to my car and say "You piece of shit, you're a kid too". I asked him "Why are you out here? I am leaving" and he said "Fuck you". I am actually appalled by how this individual behaved, especially as the "General Manager". I never complaint, even if the food was bad, which in this case it was amazing, but I will not put up with disrespect from anybody. Especially when we had no bad intent. I figured the actual manager would come out and apologize and "have a talk with him". Nope, he actually came out claiming to be the general manager and was 10 times worse. Threaten to call the police on a PAYING CUSTOMER who was concerned by the disrespect they were shown by an associate, not even the food! Worst experience I have ever had anywhere. read more

I was torn between giving them three stars decided to give four stars because the service was so awesome! I travel a lot and for being a chain, it's not that bad probably a step up from chipotle because I like the taco salad shell bowl read more

I love Qdoba it's wayyyy better than silly chipotle. I usually get the kids meals tbh because they are much more affordable and the portion is still enough (with the big ones I have leftovers sometimes) but it's all really good. Guac and everything is usually free (take notes chipotle) and the workers are nice. Always super yummy and quesadilla cooked to perfection. read more

Well this place use to be my favorite qdoba.a good working crew .great ( Caucasian female . Good polite grill employees. WOW. What the heck happened. 1st. A Freak being either a woman who wants to be a man or a man wanting to be a woman. 2 .a male Mexican cashier who was totally lost of what the concept was that he should be worried about 3. Stale and smaller Taco shells.soda that tasted water down.. 4. Employees starting at us like we were out of place. Or they were hiding something. As you can tell my family did not feel welcome and cheated. It is very difficult to tell the price. They expect you to order online not knowing the price of what you are ordering.

Just had a qdoba cater one of our work meetings yesterday and they really put on a professional spread for their customers. The spread was amazing. Everyone was very impressed with the professionalism of this person who set it up while we were having our meeting. Although I ordered steak and chicken, i only received chicken. Was pretty bummed about that. But overall, everything was very fresh and hot! The tortilla chips are salted!!! An unsalted tortilla chip is just so WRONG. They got their chips oh so right! I will definitely be returning as Kaitlyn did an awesome fantastic job making my burrito bowl and making me a very satisfied customer. She definitely puts her customers first. The entire staff tonight was on point. I have been to this location prior and was slightly disappointed and pondered about returning. Kaitlyn changed my opinion on this location. It's Qdoba, I think if you're stopping in, you know what to expect....awesome burritos and bowls. I was all for Chipotle in the past, but after being dragged in by my fiancé, I've converted. The options are plentiful and everything has great flavor. This specific location is always clean, quick, and friendly. My only wish is that Qdoba had mango salsa year round, but there are so many other options, you'll always have a tasty meal. read more

DO NOT order on line!!! You end up getting what they want you to have NOT what you ordered. Their food is good yet - I ordered what I thought was Bohemian veggie tacos ended up with 3 soft tortilla shells - that's it - ??? Yet I was charged $7.70 plus tax. Did not realize the order was wrong until we got home. Best to call in your order - have the person taking your order read the order back to you. That is no guarantee - for example - as I did that recently at Stucs - order 1 calzone - 2 pizzas - got 3 calzones - no boxes marked - and that was after the person taking the order read the order back to me. The other dish did not include the cauliflower mash or sour cream although we were charged for both. When we called to address it we were told they were out of cauliflower mash and sour cream - so why were we charged? Plus we were told what sounded like corporate speak what came across as 'just throw your money at us as you drive buy and don't expect much or bother us.' We see it everywhere - the 'dumbing down' of America is beyond an epidemic. This espisode reminded us why we frequent the same old haunts - Zuppas - Sap - Mihms - Red Ox - occasionally Nutrition Cafe. Clean - good food - great staff - occasional hiccup but these establishments set the bar for the standard of excellence in quality of food - quality of staff - primarily top knotch customer service. If you care - it shows If you don't - it shows. People vote with their wallet. There is plenty of competition out there - if you want to keep the doors open through customer retention - PAY ATTENTION and don't just blow off a valid concern. Now it would be nice to eat but all I have is 3 cold soft tortilla shells which were suppose to be my 3 veggie tacos. What makes it sadder was it was suppose to be a neat Fathers Day dinner - similar to the Stucs episode - a special event tainted by ineptitude - my sister from Dallas was here for a visit -we hadn't seen each other for 20 years. I honestly don't know what happened to this location. I used to get such good service but the last 2 times I've been there, the workers have been moving at the pace of a snail. The line was nearly out the door, but the workers were still moving without a care in the world. I waited over 30 min to get to the counter and when I got up there, the guy who was starting orders was yawning ever 5 seconds and moving so slow. Then the girl, who I believe was the manager and was finishing the orders, decided to have a conversation with the girl working the register about an employee who had called in sick. They completely stopped what they were doing and talked about this. The girl checking people out was so distracted and slow, it was infuriating. She started to ring me up, then decided to continue talking to the manager about the employee who called in and I was left standing there unable to complete my payment. I finally had to say, Excuse me, can you finish my transaction? Those 3 employees were moving so slow, I honestly thought they had to be under the influence of something. It would have been almost comical if I had not been on my lunch break and running short on time. The week before when I was there, the same male employee decided to have a conversation with the cook while there was a long line of people. I really do get that places are short handed but there were obviously enough people working...they were just completely oblivious to how busy the place was. I really wish I hadn't had back to back bad visits because I used to go there once a week. I won't be returning anymore now. read more

Standard Qdoba, very delicious! Fajita Ranchero with a side of chips and queso is where it's at!

Excellent food and excellent service! We came here for our first experience with qdoba. We were pleasantly surprised. I ordered nachos with coups on the side and I got so much amazing good that I took half home. Jigs also loved it, though we love authentic Mexican. Will definitely come again. read more
