The fajitas arrived sizzling so loudly they practically announced themselves to the entire restaurant. The aroma alone made us even hungrier. The meat was incredibly tender, perfectly seasoned, and cooked just right. The peppers and onions were fresh, flavorful, and had just the right amount of caramelization. The warm tortillas, fresh pico de gallo, guacamole, sour cream, and shredded cheese tied everything together perfectly. Every bite was better than the last. The birria tacos were on another level. The shells were perfectly crispy while still holding all of the unbelievably juicy, flavorful beef inside. Then there was the consommé. Dipping the tacos into that rich, savory broth transformed an already incredible taco into something unforgettable. It was so good that leaving any broth behind almost felt like a crime. This is truly a family restaurant, the owner and his wife and his boys are there to serve you and they do their best everyday.
