    Tuscan wrap
    Bri B.

I can see why no one has posted a review for this location in almost a year. I seriously cannot fathom what happened to this place. It had been 4 years since I've been here (or any location). What I just received was not even close to what I remember. The Tuscan wrap I ordered with extra crispy bacon was the grossest thing I've taken a bite of in a longgggg time. The bacon was flaccid, to the point it was almost raw. It was orange and light pink in color (WHAT). The tomatoes were pale pink and tasted like dirty water. Two bites in and this was tossed in the trash. My fiancé ordered a salad. The first piece of chicken he bit into had a tendon in it (I could hear it as he crunched down). That was thrown in the garbage. $19 for a salad and wrap. NINETEEN DOLLARS. For a salad and a wrap. DO NOT EAT HERE. You are better off at McDs or any fast food place. You'll at least be getting what you are paying for.....

Turkey Sandwich and Cinnabon, oh my!
    Lee W.

So the smoked turkey breast original was not that gratifying taste wise. The bread wasn't fresh, and actually a bit too much, I would prefer a thinner cut. The smoked flavor did not stand out at all, it just tasted like meat, not really even like turkey. The lettuce and tomato did what they were supposed to. Now, the Cinnabon, decatent. Dining area typical cafeteria style, nothing exciting here. I see they do cater as well as provide fundraising. Well this served my Schotzky craving, so I am good for about another year.

It's 8:30pm on a Saturday. We drove all the way to get dinner and the lights are out and doors are locked with employees sitting inside.

I opted not to top with syrup and I am glad I did as it would have been too sweet. I will add the pancakes tasted like plain pancakes and were topped with the lemon ricotta sauce. This isn't a negative, just wanted to point it out. I loved it however it was done! My husband got the smoked salmon Benedict and he ate every drop! The side salad and potatoes were amazing! Sorry, I didn't get a photo of his food, but it looked fantastic. Trust me. I can't wait to go back.

My experience this time around was a little bit more of a let down hence why I had to take one star off. When I went few months ago, I had burnt coffee which I chalked it up as a one time error. But it happened again with this visit, so that told me they don't really pay much attention to their coffee yet they have a whole menu dedicated to coffee. I also made a reservation on a Sunday knowing it fills up quick and that it might be hard to get a table, however, it was an hour and half before they close which means they tend to slow down around that time. Also, when making a reservation, it'll ask you if you want bar, dining area or patio. I chose dining area. Yet they called me an half hour before to see if I wanted to sit at the bar, which I told them twice in person I do not want to, and as a result the hostess gave me the annoyed/judgmental look down when I wasn't looking. As someone who has owned a family restaurant business for 30 years, that's a big no-no in terms of customer service. It's just rude and unnecessary. Also, they kind of really try to get customers out by 2, which is when they close. By standard at most restaurants, they need an extra hour after closing for customers to take their time with their meals rather than rushing through it, especially if you will sit them 20 minutes before closing time. I felt rushed, and I don't like that feeling at a place I'm trying to enjoy my meal. Would I come back here? Absolutely yes because their food is really the best for brunch in the area and it's cleaner. It just shouldn't be an excuse with certain things like what I mentioned above. P.S. if chicken and waffles happens to be one of the specials, get it. It's by far the best dish I've ever tried there and also my top 3 chicken & waffles that I've tried anywhere. SO GOOD!

For 4 people in the place and more staff than us it seemed very disorganized and super slow to get my order was my thought as I waited what seemed an unusually long time compared to other chain shops. The young man had a glitch while taking my order like the woman in the movie total recall at the mars airport, just left the interaction. I ordered the the flash which is capicola, salami, provolone and ham on white bread with onion, lettuce, tomato, oregano with oil/vinegar. The sandwich was wrapped supper loosely/poorly to my surprise and when I opened it this strange scrap of bread was on top, never seen this before. All in all the fresh French bread had a nice chewy/pull crust with a soft center and very good. Meat vs bread was perfect with fresh topping. Yah in the end I like this franchise but execution of the franchise is sub par, would I go back, probably not that location but another one.

I hate subway, but subway was even better than this. I had a stomach ache about an hour after I ate and it remained until mid next day. The bread was undercooked and it's weird they put that chunk of dough on top of your sandwich. Won't be back and will not recommend, went here because some friends raved about it, definitely will not be taking their advice for a quick bite any time going forward. Not to mention it was expensive for fast food.
