Ordered Stucs from Grubhub/DoorDash? through Yelp. The experience doing that was about 2-stars, because the delivery time was off and the driver did not view or was unable to view my directions. One of the options was for the driver to text when dropping off the pizza in the hotel lobby. He did not, so the concierge had to call my cell phone. Not a big deal, but also not seamless. Because of this, the pizza was lukewarm. Again, not ideal, but we had a microwave in the room. That said, the pizza was delicious. We got a regular pan type 3-meat pizza and we loved it. There was just the right meat to cheese ratio, where you could taste all ingredients and not feel overwhelmed by one element over another. That can be a huge challenge with these meat pizzas. I would come back, but definitely will not use the Yelp app to order delivery. I think we want to try the deep dish next, since I am a self-proclaimed expert on the topic. With the delivery issues, I would have rated 3-stars or less, but I know that the experience was not Stucs-related. read more

Came here on a Thursday about lunchtime. Quite welcoming as Kelly greeted us at the door and invited us to a place to sit. Nice atmosphere, nice decor, and an inviting environment. She took time and went through the specials, the different sauces, and explained parts of the menu to us. After a couple minutes to get our order, we had our drinks. I ordered the Stucc's classic 9" hand tossed, and my wife ordered a pepperoni calzone. Also added a side of garlic cheese bread for an appetizer. 10m12s to appetizer. 25 minutes total to lunch entree. So for mine, damn! Delicious, crispy, good balance of meats to sauce. Her? She wasn't prepared for the giant pizza dumpling that was in front of her. And that's a SMALL! Filled with cheese, pepperoni, and a delicious blend of seasoning. When I say cheese....yeah. Love Stucs! Usually I get hand tossed but the hubs wanted to try the deep dish. Baked well, I like my toppings more well sone but it was delicious even so. The dough was nice and fluffy. The sauce is sweeter here than at other pizza places. To me that's what makes it shine. I can always add crushed red pepper flakes if I want the heat. The desserts here are on point as well. The salads have lovely fresh veggies. And the bread sticks are phenomenal. read more

We had incredible service. We enjoyed the Garlic Cheese Bread as an appetizer and we shared a hand tossed Cheese & Sausage Pizza for dinner. The Garlic Cheese Bread was served with pizza sauce - the bread was warm and toasty and cheesy...PERFECT! The pizza was delicious as were the leftovers the next day! Stucs is the best pizza/calzones hands down. I'll admit that if you have a sensitive tongue or like blander food, this may not be for you as their tangy sauce is what sets them apart...but this hidden gem is the pride of our little corner of the world. Saturday night pizza craving so I decided to try somewhere "new to me" that I found on the delivery app Eatstreet. Local place with 2 restaurants. It was ordered & delivered in less than 45 min!! I was craving bruschetta the second I read it on their menu. It came perfectly separated with great portions. ((Does not come with fresh mozzarella)) Fortunately that didn't take away from how fresh and flavorful the bread & toppings were. I'm updating this review to reflect the excellent customer service we received on our last visit. We ordered two pizzas for carry out, picked them up, got home, and one of the pizzas was wrong (I had ordered a pizza vegetarian, received an extra meat). We called back and the manager remade our pizzas, and delivered them himself, free of charge. I've never seen this level of ownership of a mistake from a manager in a long time, and it was a really awesome experience despite the mishap. I took my family there this afternoon for your amazing pizza. We got there and walked in to find construction, zero complaints about that. Made a comment about it, as we sat in one of the open table's happily, and one of your employees condescendingly made us aware that "it's been all over the post crescent and our sign" that you were under construction.
