I visited this place while on a work trip. When I first pulled into the Hilton across the street, the parking lot was full, but by the time we went over, there wasn't a single car there. I'll admit, I was a little worried it might not be good--but I'm so glad we decided to give it a try! The cheese curds, chili, and pizza were all amazing. And let me tell you, that chili was incredible--seriously, don't skip it. You also have to try the brat pizza; it's a total game changer. You must try the Wisconsin bratwurst pizza! OK, I know the description doesn't make a lot of sense. Really!?! The sauce on this pizza is mustard and ketchup!?! How can that possibly be good? IT IS! I admit I am a really, really picky person and I was blown away at how good this perfectly Wisconsin, perfectly weird pizza was! We enjoyed a few old fashioned's, they were respectable. And OMG, the deep fried mushrooms were magnificent. We had just walked across the street from the hotel next to EAA's AirVenture that I can't remember the name of. Back in the 90s we use to go there about 3 or 4 times a week for pizza when Blackie owned West end on ninth street and Beckie was the waitress who was excellent fast and friendly. Seems since they moved from ninth to new location. Impossible last 15 years to get a pizza there. I had called2 different times pizza took forever for delivery and it was ice cold. Ok l let it slide but then tried again to order for delivery and same problem ice cold pizza. I called and the person who answered the phone said ma'am we always have hot pizzas we deliver to them the same as a anybody else does it was. VERY RUDE and ARROGANT guy. He could of cared less. That is when we stopped using them. Also throw in one ordered with everything friend wanted small deep dish with the works. That pizza cost us about 40.00!!! It was ice cold too. Don't waste your money because obviously his son could care less. Toooo bad they used to have a great thing many many years ago. Jack's frozen pizzas are better than theirs we just add extra cheese best ever. Ratch and Debs has best pizza restaurant in Oshkosh. We ordered Ratch and Debs for the last 20 years never once had a bad or cold pizza. Phone service was very good and very clear. All pizzas were requested to be well done. We were told to expect 45- 60 minutes for delivery. $52!! Without delivery tip. I was in Oshkosh for the night and stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn. All of a sudden I got hungry and didn't want to go back out, so ordered a pizza for delivery; they said I should get it in 45 min, and it arrived in less than 30. And they delivered to my room!!! We were in Oshkosh for an event. Didn't plan ahead for a Saturday night, but ended up here after stopping at 2 other restaurants which were packed. It was after 8pm when we arrived so the restaurant was pretty empty. We sat at the bar to watch some March Madness with our meal. We ordered drinks and an appetizer to start. The cheese curds were fabulous (substituted ranch for the pizza sauce typically provided). My husband ordered a pizza burger with fries ($2.79 extra for the fries - seemed a bit steep, but they were good). I ordered the buffalo chicken pizza. It was average with a buffalo sauce and chicken tenders. Although it came out quickly, it seemed like it wasn't fresh. Our bartender, Mike, was very helpful. He stopped several times to check on us as well as making recommendations. Top notch service! read more

Not happy. Sunday, February 7, 2021. Decided to have chicken instead of pizza. Very bad choice, although waitress said it was very good. A friend also ordered chicken. Had I purchased a box of banquet chicken, it would have had better taste, had been less breaded, would have had more chicken on the bone and would have been half the price. $13.99 for overly done, extra, extra crispy non-existent chicken. My friend boxed his up and said he'll have it for a snack. Onion rings were burned and tasteless. Others had the pizza who said it was only ok and not what it used to be. I have visited here on many occasions and you know the business is failing when the prices go up and the quality goes down. Maybe instead of purchasing all the sports memorabilia that is on the walls, the money should be spent on the quality of food and classes for the food preparers.
