This places caters to the local community with its walls filled with artwork you can buy. And the old school tables and chairs from the 60s or 70s this place knows its way into any mans heart is through their stomach. Our wait time was told to be 20 minutes but we were the next to be sat down. Even though it was busy they still got to us and got our food out to us faster than other places I have been to. If you're looking for some good food and great atmosphere try this place out it might just give you a glimpse of what it was like growing up in the 60s. Great job all of you at Little fat Gretchens every time we go there they have shown us all whats its like it eat at the best

The atmosphere is nice and the food is up quickly. They have both indoor and outdoor dining. They also have a bar but they only serve beer, wine and seltzers. They got the brisket, short ribs, and cornbread--and we were all starving by the time it arrived. The brisket had a nice smoky flavor, though it was a bit on the fatty side for my taste--not bad, just not my favorite. The short ribs, on the other hand, were a total hit. The meat was fall-off-the-bone tender, and everyone loved them. They clearly know what they're doing when it comes to ribs. The sauces were bold and flavorful, and the cornbread added a sweet, comforting balance to the meal. We enjoyed it so much, I completely forgot to take any pictures--which says a lot. Definitely a great takeout option if you're nearby, especially if you're craving some seriously good ribs.

I have gotten sandwiches a few times from this spot, but each time I find the same thing: I don't like their bread. The ciabatta is crackly and hurts my mouth. The focaccia is just so much bread for a sandwich. Often I find my sandwich is just dry and not as flavorful as I'd expect for a spot that seems to be innovative and thoughtful about their rotating sandwiches. Every time, I read the description of the sandwich and think it'll be great, but every time I'm disappointed. It's dry and bland. I'd rather spend my money on food I enjoy, which is a bummer because I'd rather support local businesses, but I'd say save your money for Jimmy John's or Jersey Mikes.... But who knows, maybe I'm just not ordering the right thing.
