Kept seeing this restaurant in the fond du lac group. So decided to stop here since we were in town for gymnastics. The food was amazing. The kids loved filling up their root beers. Prices were just ok. Just a side of plain fries were $5 which seemed high. I also didn't like having to order at the kiosk. It held up the line a lot. read more

Was here for a trip and stopped in while walking around later at night. Great decor and cutest environment and some of the most friendly staff I've seen in a long time. Such a warm inviting place. We had ordered online for the first time today and not sure how we feel my wife had ordered a bowl and ordered no onion and there was onion on her bowl and she had ordered ranch with her salad and there was no ranch. Last weekend, I had my first trip to the actual restaurant and loved the place. It is easy to use their online ordering. Even with ordering using my phone instead of a waitress we had wonderful service. We were checked on multiple times by friendly and lovely employees. The food was beyond amazing. Tried a new spot in Stevens Point Wi called the Big Garlic let's start out it's kinda of hidden near the Square . Really small inside but there is seating just wish they had a ice machine for that awesome Point Rootbeer !!! The food is Amazing this would be a great take home food just because how small it is. Only thing I can find why not a five Ice machine for drinks also the can mushroom's on my burger would love fresh shrooms instead of can but still a great burger plus if they had a spot to put the tshirts and a lot more sizes we would have bought a bunch of shirts !! Outstanding burger! We found this place on Yelp as we were driving through. While it's a few minutes off of the highway, it's worth the trip. The owner was super friendly and helpful. You could tell he wanted customers to have a good experience and enjoy their meal. The chilled root beer mugs were a nice treat too! We wished we would have tried the chips, but the fries were pretty good. We are already talking about stopping the next time we drive through Stevens Point. read more

Everything was done well, the burger was fantastic, not to big with a light toast on the bun, the fries are an up charge vs. The chips but worth every penny. Paired with the spicy mayo, they are great. Burgers are terrific. Done right. Buns are perfect for the meat. My bride liked her fries. It was a lot to eat. But all very good. My bride detected a garlic flavor, so maybe it lived up to its moniker? I didn't, but I had a patty topped with peppers and cream cheese. Tough to discern through that. The chips were a little over spiced. Average taste. The bottomless mug of point rootbeer is genius. Love that. They are not afraid to charge. All of that, including a modest tip for the two cooks, was over $40. Worth it for us, but keep that in mind when you go. My only negative comment, and this is because as I age, I'm more sensitive to the decent into societal coarseness, but I could do with fewer "f-ing" this and "f" that from the employees. They seem like good guys enjoying their work, but it was obvious. Maybe pull back on that. With the kitchen right there next to the dining room, there's no hiding it.
