Their beautiful grocery store is so large It probably has its own planetary gravity. A few pictures attached - highlights are that they have a really wonderful fresh fruit and vegetable section with exotics that I wasn't expecting, great selections in meat, dairy and helpful, smaller sections with household and even hardware or school/stationary supplies. When I called customer service their reps were polite but made it clear that "THEY" (corporate) would not let them release the second charge and that I would have to wait up to 3-5 days for my money back. Additionally they tried to claim the free delivery was contingent on what service delivered the order for the coupon to apply and our method didn't apply! We cannot select through the app how it was to be delivered! They decided! And that they "recommend " you wait 2 hours for any clipped coupon be used on the app! They don't post that anywhere you see, just recommend it from their customer service center after you complain about the charge. So to sum up $100 overcharge for half of the goods ordered. Customer first is not the policy here. It's CYA and get our cash! Meijer has officially stopped being family friendly and sold out!
