I used to really enjoy shopping at the Pick 'n Save on Jackson Street in Oshkosh, but…read moreunfortunately, the store seems to have taken a noticeable dip in quality over the past year or so. The biggest issue for me is inventory. Items seem to be out of stock fairly often, and the inventory doesn't always appear to be updated or replenished in a timely manner. I've also had several experiences where I've gone in early in the morning expecting the shelves to be fully stocked, only to find that quite a few sections haven't been replenished yet. Another ongoing issue is shopping carts. It seems like there are rarely enough carts inside the store, and several times I've had to go back outside to find one myself. It's a small thing, but it makes the shopping experience unnecessarily frustrating. I'm giving three stars because I still like the store and would honestly prefer to shop here, but the overall experience just isn't what it used to be. Hopefully management can address the stocking and cart issues because this used to be one of my go to grocery stores.

I asked the cashiers if they had ever had them and they both said yes and described the berries as the texture of a grape mixed with the flavor of a kiwi and a strawberry. I was impressed with not only their product knowledge but also their enthusiasm- one of the cashiers was so excited to tell me about this strange and unique fruit that he encouraged me to wash the berries in the sink they have near the front door so he could see my face after trying it. So I did and he was right!! It tasted just like strawberries kiwis and grapes- so refreshing to go into a grocery store where people are passionate about what they do, kind, and helpful! Also their curry chicken salad in the deli is amazing, they offer lots of local products, and they have a great selection of supplements that are natural so you don't have to worry about weird fillers that conventional grocery stores often have on their shelves. I say stop in and support this small business because every time I visit the co-op, I leave with a smile on my face from chatting with the lovely staff and take home delicious healthy food!
