Found their food truck one weeknight in Appleton (in the Home store parking lot). They had a solid…read moremenu, considering it was a food truck. They had more than just egg rolls, they also had pad thai and fried rice, plus egg rolls. Bonus that they also have boba (though I didn't get any on this trip). I got a combo they had, fried rice and 5 crab rangoons. It was a good portion; I was worried it would be too much food but it was actually enough for dinner. Another person in my party got the pad thai and egg rolls and also really enjoyed it. The flavors were good, and the price was reasonable. The staff working the truck were also friendly and helpful. I would definitely try them again (and maybe get some boba too!).

They said it was so good it is the only reason they come to the market every week. Well, that was enough info for us to give them a try. We decided to get a quart of jambalaya to take home (it was 9:00 am and a little too early to eat such spice). They have the option of purchasing different sizes and provide reheating instructions. You can also get a bowl while there and they have other menu items as well. OMG! The jambalaya was fantastic!! No wonder those folks come back every week. We might have to go back next week too!

They were very responsive to every single email and showed incredible kindness from the moment we connected with them. I (the granddaughter) was the main contact with them, but they wanted to make sure that my grandma still felt included and involved in the process. The food was excellent, their customer service was top-notch, and I would 100% recommend them!

Imagine going to a bar, and going to tip your tender and they say, "thank you, but we dont get to keep the tips, it all goes in the owners pocket." Im almost positive if people actually knew that, they wouldn't leave a tip at all, and would probably chose to not do business there. Thats wildly slimy behavior. Do yourself a favor and find a nice food truck ran by good people. I've eaten here more than a handful of times and just recently found out the owner keeps the tips, I will never spend a other penny at this establishment and I implore you to do the same.

The first thing I noticed is there was no true separation from the bar area to the dining area. There are huge open arches in between so you could hear everything going on at the bar while you were eating dinner. I ordered the walleye and my husband ordered grouper I believe. The amount of food we got was surprisingly small compared to other supper clubs in Wisconsin. We had to laugh when the server brought out our fish because she set my husband's plate down and said "here's your salmon"... And we both started laughing, and she said "I really don't know my fish!" The salad bar was very minimal and they only offered one type of soup which was some kind of chowder. It was a little too fishy tasting for me (and I like fish). We both agreed we wouldn't be in a hurry to return here soon which is disappointing because it's only about 15 minutes from our home. It might be a nice place to grab lunch, assuming they're open for lunch.
