So let's start with the bread. It's crunchy yet super soft, absolutely great job as the bread is just tasty. As for the Italian club, it's refreshing! Not heavy at all with the right amount of ingredients. The vinaigrette dressing is a perfect compliment to the meats. They were very responsive to every single email and showed incredible kindness from the moment we connected with them. I (the granddaughter) was the main contact with them, but they wanted to make sure that my grandma still felt included and involved in the process.
